Skincare Routine

For the past month or so I have started trying to take better care of my skin. Whenever I slack on my skincare routine my skin hates me for it! I have finally found the right combination of products that give me better skin, after years of searching! I have normal type skin that is slightly acne prone if your wondering. I use the same products morning and night daily but not all the same, i have also found a few masks that really make my skin better when i am at that time of the month and my skin hates me or im just having a bad skin day,(boo bad skin!)

Skincare Routine
Mornings

Every morning when i jump or stumble half asleep out of the shower i brush my teeth then sort out my face. I start of my applying Liz Earle's Cleanse & Polish to a dry face, then with a muslin cloth at hand hot water temperature gently rub away the cleanser. Then with a cotton pad, apply Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic, this makes my skin feel so fresh. I will then apply La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo(+)* to my problem areas, once that has stunk in, i will apply The Body Shops Vitamin E Moisture Cream and finish with Benefits Its Potent Eye Cream

Evenings

To remove all of the days make up I will use the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water, this stuff is a godsend. I wear a lot of stubborn mascara and this stuff breaks it down so quickly. I will soak three cotton pads to remove all my the days make up. I then follow the same way with Liz Earles Cleanse & Polish, La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo(+), The Body Shops Vitamin E Moisture Cream and finish with Benefits Its Potent Eye Cream.

Weekly Masks

If I'm having a break out or just a generally bad skin week, I will use the Good Things Five Minute Face Mask to help speed up the process of getting rid of any spots. This face mask makes a instant difference in my skin by reducing spot size and redness. If my skin is looking dull, I will use Liz Earles Brightening Treatment Mask and it will perk my skin right back up.

Bad skin days happen so it’s best not to worry too much about them. After all, stress can be a major factor in skin problems. If you’re having constant trouble with your skin, it can help to ask a professional for state of the art skin care advice. When you look your best and feel your best, the world is your oyster.
