Review: La Roche-Posay Rosaliac CC Cream | Hannah Heartss

I have quite a lot of redness on my face, mainly around my nose and chin so when I heard about the La Roche- Posay CC Cream*, I knew I had to try it and I'm so glad I did! This CC Cream comes in one universal shade which takes away all of the fuss away from trying to pick a shade! It also has SPF 30 so it will be great for the Summer months, I'm going to try and save some for festival season as it will be perfect.

La Roche Posay CC Cream
The first thing I love about this product is the packaging. It has a pump which makes it super easy to get the right amount of product which saves you from wasting any and also that the pump is at the bottom of the bottle, I stand all of my face products up in a draw so having the pump at the bottom makes it easier to get the most out of the product when it comes to an end!

The first thing I noticed about this CC Cream, is the scent.. It is amazing! It's kind of floral but in a good way and once you've put it on your face you can't really smell it however I used a brush to apply it a couple of times and now my brushes smell amazing which I kind of love.

The product itself does look too dark when I first swatched it and I straight away thought it was going to make me look orange but it didn't, somehow the shade changed which I applied it, as if it was magic! It gave me such a lovely colour and didn't make me look like a ghost like how some of my foundations do which is lovely because then I got to skip applying bronzer.

When this CC Cream claims to cover redness, it really does! I have quite a lot of redness around my nose and chin which even the best concealers have trouble covering but with this CC Cream I didn't even need to apply concealer, just this product on its own completely covered the redness and I'm pretty sure my redness has actually reduced around those areas even when I don't have this on!

This product is super long lasting, I have wore this in hot days when my face has got oily and it has stayed out. I have also cried during wearing this, I was reading The Fault In Our Stars, and I didn't get those streaky marks you can sometimes get with foundations.

I would recommend using this product in place of your moisturiser and foundation as it really does keep your skin hydrated all day long and still giving you great coverage, I would say it was a medium coverage but defiantly buildable without it feeling heavy on the skin.

I cannot wait to wear this during the summer, especially for festivals as it was SPF 30 as well as long lasting coverage. Have you tried this? What did you think?
