June 2014 Favourites

I cannot believe its July already, it is insane how quickly this year is going! Before we know it, it will be Christmas again (ekkk!). All of the products that I have been loving this month are all new to me or purchased this past month which is exciting as it normally takes me a while to love a product. I normally hate most products for the first couple of times I use them! I have found myself using these products so much this month and these are my favourites..

I used to hate lip gloss until I tried the Tanya Burr ones. I have picked up a few but I have found myself using Smile, Dream, Sparkle the most. It doesn't have the best colour pay off but it gives a lovely flush of colour to the lips with stunning shine. I can't not mention how amazing these smell, just like fruitella - yum!

I picked the 24 Infallible Lip Colours in my You Beauty Discovery Box and fell in love this the shade 121 Flawless Fuschia. These last for so long through many cups of tea and snacks and are still hanging around when it comes to removing my make up at the end of the day. The balm that comes with it is lovely too and adds a tiny bit of shine to the stain.

I managed to pick up the Eyeko Skinny Liquid Liner with a magazine at the beginning of June. I hated this at first, I just couldn't work with it but after a couple of tries I am in love with it. It is so pigmented, with most of my pen liners I have to go over a couple of times to get it as black as I can but with this I only needed to do it once and I was good to go! It lasts all day without fading which is a bonus in my book.

The Makeup Revolution Blush in Treat has been my go to this month. I love peachy blushes and this one is defiantly my favourite. It is so pigmented so I only need the tiniest amount and it blends lovely. What I also love about this blush is that it only costs £1!! You can't beat that price.

My final favourite this month is the Soap and Glory Kick Ass Concealer. I have no idea why it has taken me so long to purchase this. I am having a love affair with this concealer. This is possibly the best concealer I have ever used, it is so creamy and covers everything without looking cakey. The powder that is included really does seal in the concealer making it last all day. Cannot fault this product!

What have been your favourites this month?

  5. I really liked the eyeko eyeliner when I had it, however it did dry up really fast. I agree it's such a good product and does last!(: The S&G concealer looks good, better than the concealers I have. :)xo
