A Box Subscription Based Around Your Time Of The Month? | Pink Parcel Box

Beauty subscription boxes are one of my favourite things that come through my front door every month and there is a new one on the block! Pink Parcel* is a box subscription based around your time of the month! When I first found out about this concept my mind was blown, this is such an incredible idea! The idea behind Pink Parcel is that each month, a week before your time of the month, you will get your supply of tampons that you select, from all the brands you already know and some more, as well as a few treats to make that time a little more bearable. Lets just start off by saying I have never been so impressed with a box subscription until now.

Pink Parcel Review 2014 September

The box is bigger than I expected but is still small enough that it can fit through your letter box. The main colours of the box are grey and pink which I am in love with, the colours just work so well together.Within the box you get:

♥ A small bag with a few tampons inside to pop inside your handbag
♥ Two boxes of your monthly supply (Around 10 in each)
♥ A box of treats

The tampons that I received are by the brand U by Kotex which are from America. I kind of love that these are fun coloured so if you have one floating around in your handbag you would be able to find it quickly and easy. I love the little bag that a few come in which makes it so easy to always have these in case that time of the month comes unexpectedly!

Now for the exciting items. The three beauty items that I got in this box has such a good value and is better than some of the specific beauty boxes on the market. First up we have the Garnier 5 Second Perfect Blur, I have wanted to try this since it came out so I am so excited to try this out. This is the full size (30ml) that retails for £9.99. Next I got the Witch Anti-Blemish Redness Relief Moisturiser, again this is a full size, from having a little google I believe this retails for around £5. And the final beauty item that was included in this box is by far the most exciting for me, the Elizabeth Arden Maximum Volume Mascara! A high end product - how amazing! This mascara retails for £21! With just these three products alone it comes to £35.99! This box only costs £9.95 a month!

The final three items in the box are for the tummy! First up I have the Teapigs Peppermint Leaves Tea, I love this kind of tea and it always makes me feel better so this is perfect for that time of the month. And we have chocolate, chocolate is a must for the time of the month! This chocolate is the Doisy & Dam Mulberries, Chia Seeds and Spirulina Dark Chocolate. I must admit, I have already tucked into this and I love it! And finally we have a Glass of Bubbly to be redeemed at Cafe Rouge.

Pink Parcel Review 2014 September

I am so happy and impressed with this box and I think the idea behind it is fantastic and I don't know how I hadn't heard about it sooner! Having said that I will be heading over to the Pink Parcel website and subscribing! If you like the look of this box, you can get your first box at £5.95, after the first box they will be £9.95 which is still a bargain in my opinion!

Have you tried one of these boxes before? What did you think of it?
