REVIEW: A-Derma Sensitive Skincare

Finding a skincare line that works for my skin is near to impossible for me. I have strange skin, it certain areas it is so sensitive to the point where if it dislikes a product it will go bright red and the skin just flakes off and some products bring back painful lumps that I used to get in my teens. However this skincare range from A-derma* has been a lifesaver and I am so happy to have found products that work well for me and my sensitive skin.
A-Derma Sensitive Skincare
The three products I have been using on a daily basis are, Sensifluid which is a cleansing micellar water, perfect for removing your make up or as a little pick me up on those early mornings. Hydralba Light Hydrating Cream with UV protection and SPF 20, perfect for applying before make up and getting that skin protection that we all need in one easy step. And finally Rheacalm Light Soothing Cream, can be used morning or night for keeping your skin hydrated. I really like all of the packaging, it can be easily identified and the bottles look so sleek in my opinion and I loved having out on display.

Sensifluid is the first step in my evening skin care routine. I apply a small amount to 3-4 cotton pads, one for each eye and 1/2 for the face depending on how much make up I have had on that day. This micellar water works amazingly, it removes all of my make up so easily and doesn't leave behind any traces of make up. The only slight problem I found with this is that if you apply to much to the cotton pad it can sting my eyes slightly but through trail and error, applying a small amount to the cotton pad doesn't hurt my eyes at all. There is no need to rinse after using this but I did like to splash my face with water before taking the next step in my routine. This does have a slight fragrance but nothing that had any effort on my skin. My skin had no negative reactions to this as I expected and left my skin feeling clean and refreshed. This micellar water retails for £13 and comes in a 250ml size.

Hydralba Light Hydrating Cream with UV and SPF is the moisturiser that I use every morning, it can be used in the evenings but with the added protection I think it works better as a morning product. This has a very natural scent which I like but once it has been applied to the skin you can't smell anything. I apply a peasized amount to my whole face every morning, it gives such a natural finish without leaving the skin feeling greasy or sticky. It sinks in really quickly so there is no need to wait around before applying your make up. It didn't effect the way my make up applied or lasted, I actually think it helped my foundation last a little longer. My skin was left feeling hydrated and smooth for the whole day and again, I had no negative reactions, even around my eyes which are the most sensitive area for me. This cream retails for £14.50 for a 40ml size and is also available in a rich version if you have a drier skin type.

The final product is favourite which is the Rheacalm Light Soothing Cream. I use this as part of my evening skin care routine but it can be used in the morning, which I have done on a couple of occasions. I use a little more than a pea sized amount for my whole face and work it in using circular motions. This made my skin so hydrated and got rid of any of the dry patches that had appeared before I started using these products. It sinks in really quickly and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy. I found that it actually reduced some of the redness I had, especially around my nose, when I applied it. When I woke up every morning my skin left so refreshed and smooth, the perfect start for the day. This cream retails for £15.50 and is available in a 40ml size.

I cannot recommend this products enough, especially if you have sensitive or easily reactive skin. My skin has never been as hydrated or clear since using these three products and I know I am going to continue to use them even after these bottles run out! I have had such great results and I know that the creams are going to be life savers during the winter months when my skin is morning uncomfortably dry. There are other products available in this 'Pink Line' and I have my eyes on a few!

Have you tried these products? What did you think of them?
