REVIEW: Lush Butterbear

Christmas at Lush is my favourite thing. I always stock up at Christmas because lets me honest, Lush Christmas products are better than any other products for the rest of the year! Butterbear was just too cute to leave in the dish so I knew he had to come home with me. Out of everything I purchased in my recent lush haul, he excited me the most because of how cute he was! I just couldn't wait to pop him in the bath and see what happens.
Lush Butterbear Review

He is the cutest bath bomb I have ever laid my eyes on. His tag line is 'a big softy' which he definitely is! Butterbear is enriched with cocoa butter to moisturise the skin which is the main reason why I picked him up, I have quite dry skin but I always forget to actually use body butters so I thought this would be perfect because I don't actually have to do anything other than pop him in the bath. He is scented mainly of vanilla which I am obsessed with and it isn't too sickly, its actually the same scent as butterball.

As soon as I popped him in the bath it begun to fizz away, pretty quickly compared to the other bath bombs I have tried from Lush, and the scent begun to release. The scent filled the whole bathroom which I was really surprised at because he is small. The water smelt amazing and my skin was left smelling gorgeous after I got out of the bath and the scent really lingered. The water turned slightly cloudy, smooth and soft and lasted for the whole duration of the bath (an episode of Revenge and a couple YouTube videos) which I thought was pretty impressive! My skin has never left so nourished and soft from a bath bomb! The water didn't make my skin feel greasy or oily like other bath bombs I have tried. Even the next day my skin still left soft! I am really impressed with this little guy and I know I will be picking up a few more before the year is out.

I cannot believe he is only £1.95! The best £1.95 you could ever spend in Lush if you ask me! And the best bit is this bath bomb is vegan so anyone can use this little guy! I best head to Lush and pick up some more, they are perfect for lazy me who forgets to use body butter but wants soft skin!

Have you tried butterbear? What did you think of him?
