Everyday Makeup: Winter Edition

For each season I try and switch up my make up slightly, it gets a bit boring wearing the same products day in, day out. For the past week or so I have been using these products everyday and I really love the finished look. Until a month or so ago I had never tried a darker blush because I thought it wouldn't suit my pale skin but I am obsessed with the one I am currently using from Nars! My eye sight has got a bit worse lately so I have been having to wear glasses a lot more, and I have been wearing the Clear Pink Glasses* from the Colour Collection at Specspost and I have been really enjoying them, even if they are a little different than my normal ones!

For the face, first I apply Benefit Porefessional, mainly around my nose and a little on the chin. Next step is concealing, I use the Collection Lasting Perfection, under my eyes and on any blemishes, this concealer really lives up to the hype and does an amazing job. The foundation I am currently using is the Loreal Match Perfection, I apply this with the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush. To set my foundation I use any translucent powder as any does the job, I am currently using one from NYC. Because I am a ghost, I like to wear a bit of bronzer, the Bourjois Chocolate Bronzer is perfect for us pale girls, I apply this in the C motion to the sides of my face, The blush I am currently obsessed with is NARS Sin. It is the perfect plum blush and applies like a dream. For lips I generally stick to lip balm because my lips get so dry, the Blistex Intensive Moisturiser is by far the best lip balm I have tried.

For eyes I like to keep in simple unless I am going out or I have extra time in the morning. For my brows I have been using the Benefit Gimme Brow and the H&M Dark Brown Eyebrow Pencil, these two combined give me such fab brows and I never thought H&M would do pretty good cosmetics. For eyes I use the Primark Eyeliner Pen, the Illamasqua White Eye liner for my waterline and the Bourjois 1 Seconde Mascara for my lashes.

The finished look! I really love these glasses and at under £20 they are a bargain! I love how massive they are because I hate when I can see outside the frame with other glasses as it makes my eyes go funny!
