REVIEW: Yankee Candle North Pole Tart

Christmas Yankee Candle tarts are my favourite, I would burn them year round if it was acceptable. For years I have wanted to get my hands on the North Pole scent but it isn't available in the UK which makes me super sad, however I was able to track down this tart on eBay a couple of months ago and paid far too much for it but I am so happy to have it in my life and I know I am going to need to track down a couple more.
Yankee Candle North Pole Tart
North pole is described as being a mixture of Vanilla and Mint - my perfect combination. This scent is incredible, it is very sweet due to the vanilla but at the same time there is a freshness to it from the mint and I am obsessed. This scent would definitely be burned year round I think because it doesn't have too a Christmas scent however it is called North Pole - the home of Santa Claus. What you smell in the tart is what you get when it comes to burning it which I love, I have found with a couple of tarts before that they smell different once they have starting melting so I am glad that's not the case with this one.

When it came to melting the tart, within a couple of minutes my room began to fill with fragrance, it isn't sickly or too over powering which I love. The scent lingered out of my bedroom and you can actually smell it as you walk up the stairs which I love. The vanilla and mint smell very true to scent and not at all artificial. I definitely got my 8 hours of burn time out of this tart if not more, I tend to use a tart for three uses at a couple of hours each time and the scent kick off was the same every time, very impressed.

I would definitely recommend this scent however it is a bit hard to get hold of as it is a US exclusive, however Yankee Direct have the large jar in stock for £12.99 and Yankee Addicts have it in stock in crumble pot form (exclusive to them) so I would check out those sites if you do want to get your hands on it.

Have you tried North Pole? What did you think?
