Makeup Revolution Naked Chocolate Palette

Who doesn't love chocolate and make up?! When I saw this palette was first released I knew I had to get my hands on it. Just from the pictures I knew it would be a palette that I would get so much use out of because of the shade range. There is a mixture of mattes and shimmers, light shades and dark shades so any type of neutral look can be created with this Makeup Revolution I Heart Makeup Naked Chocolate Palette*.

How beautiful are those shades! With sixteen shades in the palette there is endless combinations of looks from day time to night time, this palette is going to be perfect for travelling. Not only is there so many combinations of eye looks that you can create, there is also a large mirror on the inside which makes application on the go easy. All of the shadows have names which are all chocolate related, the names are displayed on a clear insert within the palette. The packaging of this palette is incredible, it looks like a white chocolate bar, half in cubes and melts out which I love. This is definitely going to get some questions asked if you got this out of your make up bag in public!

The shades I have been loving so far are Smoothly, Frosted Choc, Sweet Shop and Milky. The shimmer shades are incredibly pigmented and a little really goes a long way with those shades. The matte shades need a little more building up to get the colour that is in the pan but it doesn't take too long to get the colour to its full intensity. I love that the lightest shades have the biggest pan, I have already been using those two a lot so I am so glad that they are bigger! All of the shadows are so soft and easy to blend out.

This palette retails for £7.99 which I think is an absolute bargain, especially when you take into account that there is 16 shadows in the palette, it makes each shadow less than 50p! If your thinking of placing a Makeup Revolution order, I would definitely recommend you pop this into your basket, you will have no regrets.

Will you be purchasing this palette soon?

  7. This palette looks stunning and I love the range of shades, I can't get over how pigmented the shades are! I do find with quite a few palettes I own that the mattes are never the best in terms of payoff (the lighter ones), for £7.99 this is a steal!!

  11. Do these last long? Because in my experience, cheap eye shadow palettes don't last me and I have difficulties with putting them on my very oily eyelids. Also, how blendable are they? I do love the colours in this palette, it would be lovely to know if the quality is alright!
