April 2015 Beauty Favourites

This month I don't have as many favourites as I normally do and I think it is because I have pretty much used the same products as last month for the first half of the month. For the second half of the month, I have rediscovered old loves from last spring time that I used and a new product which I have become obsessed with so quickly!
April 2015 Beauty Favourites
My first favourite this month is one that I have been loving for a while now and I am sure I have featured it in favourites posts before and it is the Makeup Revolution Radiant Light in Exhale. It is such a gorgeous powder to highlight tops of the cheek bones. I have tried so many different highlights, both powders and creams and this one always comes out on top. I am pretty sure I have used this almost everyday since I got it back before Christmas! Considering how much I use this powder, I have hardly made a dent in it and when it is only £5 it makes it a complete bargain!

The Dior Lip Glow is a new product which I got this month and I have fallen completely in love with it. I had wanted this for the longest time and I honestly have no idea why I didn't get my hands on it sooner. It adds such a gorgeous shade of pink to my lips with a little bit of shine while keeping them hydrated. I get pretty dry lips and this has done a great job at keeping them hydrated throughout the day.

Another product I have been obsessed with this month for keeping my lips hydrated is the Johnsons Moon Care. I am not sure if you can still purchase this but if you ever come across it, I would recommend you pick it up without a second thought! My lips ended up getting so dry and they were left feeling very uncomfortable, flaky and cracked which isn't a good look. I use this overnight, it is quite a thick lip product but it does my lips wonders! Everytime I use this, I wake up to hydrated soft lips without fail and what is even better is that it smells like vanilla and chocolate - yum!

My next favourite this month is a rediscovery and it is the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer. I have forgot how good this stuff is. It covers everything so well, from blemishes to my under eye bags it can cover it all! I had been using the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer and these two concealers are pretty similar and I don't think I am going to bother repurchasing the NARS one because the Collection one is actually better in my opinion and its fraction of the price!

With the sun being out, I wanted to switch up my makeup so I had a look back at the blog posts I did around this time last year and decided I needed to dig out Benefit's Lollitint. I have been loving this on my lips with a little bit of the Dior Lip Maximizer or the Benefit Lollibalm over the top. It gives my lips such a lovely pop of purple colour and really makes my make up spring ready! I don't use this as much on my cheeks because I am always worried I am going to get it wrong but I think I am going to give it a try this week!

My final favourite this month is the Tarte blush in Envisioned. I think this blush was limited edition to last years holiday collection but I have seen very similar shades from Tarte. It is such a gorgeous natural blush which I have really been loving this month as it isn't too in your face when you have a bright lip or dramatic eye look. This blush is one of the best ones I have tried and has great lasting power, I can't recommend these blushes enough and I know I am going to end up with some full sizes soon.
