Vichy Pureté Thermale Cleansing Gel & Micellar Gel

I love trying out new skincare so when I won a little giveaway on twitter of the Vichy Pureté Thermale Beautifying Cleansing Micellar Oil and the Fresh Cleansing Gel I was so excited to start trying them. I have seen quite a few reviews on these two products which made me want to purchase them so I was so excited to have won them.
Vichy Pureté Thermale Cleansing Gel & Micellar Gel
Both of these Vichy products are for sensitive skin and are paraben free. Each of the products have a gorgeous aqua and white theme to them which I really love - I am a sucker for packaging. Both products come complete with a pump which I love because it means I am never going to waste any product!

The Beautifying Cleansing Micellar Oil is one of the those products that everyone is talking about because it is a micellar oil. I have tried Micellar Waters, Gels and now and oil. This Micellar Oil claims to be a no rinse formula and gently removes make up, even waterproof mascara. To apply I use around three pumps of the oil to dry hands and then gently massage into a dry face. Then add a few drops of water to turn it into a milky texture. I didn't think I was going to like this product as much as I do. It doesn't irritate my eyes and removes most of my make up extremely well. The only issue I had with it was when I have quite a few layers of mascara on, it was a little difficult to remove it all but it is perfect for light make up days. However it does remove waterproof mascara pretty well as a second step cleanse. Once rinsed off my skin was left soft and cleansed with no greasy feeling.

The Fresh Cleansing Gel might have become one of my favourite morning cleansers. The aim of this cleanser is to remove impurities and pollution particles while reducing the discomfort caused by hard water. I have been using this every morning since it came through my letter box and I have been really enjoying it. I use around a pump and a half for my whole face and apply it in circular motions and leave it on for about a minute before I rinse. It leaves my skin so soft and completely cleansed for the day.

The Vichy Pureté Thermale Cleansing Gel retails for £12 and the Micellar Oil retails for £13.75 on Escentual
