I have really been enjoying my fruity and summer scents and Yankee Candle Pink Sands is just that. I have had this a couple of times already and it is delicious. Pink Sands is one of Yankee Candles classic scents and I could be truly gutted if they discontinued it like they did with my all time favourite Bahama Breeze!
Pink Sands is described as being scented like a gorgeous mix of bright citrus, sweet florals and an element of spicy vanilla. All of those combined aims to create a exotic island escape and it does just that. When I smell Pink Sands I feel so tropical, like I should be on holiday on a beach in a hot country which I wish was the case but no I am still in little old Essex! Each Yankee Candle Tart aims to provide you with eight hours of fragrance burn time and in most cases I have found this to be very true.
Once this tart begins to melt it quickly fills the room. This tiny tart has amazing kick off power and can fill large spaces so easily. Whenever I burn this it fills the whole house with fragrance - amazing for under £2! The scent is very true to what it smells like in solid form, its a very summery fresh scent with a hint of fruitiness to it. I think this scent could only be burned during the summer because it is so summery and the Autumn/Winter scents tend to be a little heavier.
