Freedom Pro Studio Priming Water

Until this year I hadn't really ever used any primers apart from the Benefit POREfessional. But primers seem to have taken the beauty world by storm and every brand seems to have a primer these days and finally high street brands are bringing out primers. I know that Smashbox had released a Primer Water this year but it seemed to expensive for me to try out as I hadn't great many good things about it.
Freedom Pro Studio Priming Water
The Pro Studio Priming Water from Freedom is a lightweight primer in the form of a water spray. This can be used underneath your makeup or on the top to add some extra highlight and glow. It is enhanced with multi-vitamins to hydrate the skin for hours while revitalising the complexion and boosting radiance. I must mention the scent of this, it is lovely! It is a fresh and slightly floral scent which is pretty light so once you apply you won't be able to smell it. The spray is a fine mist so you won't end up with a 'wet' face and have to wait for it to dry for ages.

I have been testing this out for the past couple of weeks, both over the top of makeup and underneath. When used under makeup I found that it sunk into the skin quickly and doesn't leave the skin feeling anything but soft and hydrated. While it doesn't aim to make your foundation last any longer, I did find that my makeup applied much better and looked smoother and it did last a little longer than usual. My complexion definitely looked more radiant when I use this, who doesn't want to look radiant?! I then tried it out over the top of makeup and this is my favourite way to use this priming water. If my makeup ever looks cakey or too powdery I spray this all over my face and it softens my makeup to make it look more natural. I wear almost completely matte foundations and this spray adds some glow back into my makeup.

If you do have oily skin I would recommend using a mattifying primer to control your oil. I think during the Summer this product would be amazing for refreshing your face - I must remember to use it next Summer! This priming water is hydrating so if you have some dry patches of skin like I do this is a great product to help add some extra hydration while feeling lightweight on the skin.
