High Street Brow Essentials

I must have the worlds worst eyebrows. They are short, small and when paired with a big head they look even smaller. I have been trying out so many different brow products over the past two years and I have found some really great products from the high street that I always go back to. Each of these products are under £10, with a few under just £4 - a total brow bargain.
High Street Brow Essentials
My first brow essential is a pencil. I have very short eyebrows so I always need to draw on the tail to make sure I have a normal length brow. I have been trying out a few different ones and find the Brow Pencil from Primark to be the best for my brows. I can't believe that this was only £1 too, a total bargain. The shade range is pretty limited and I honestly can't remember which shade mine is in and it doesn't say on the pencil but it is one of the darker shades and it matches my brows perfectly. I have been using this to draw on the tail of the brow, I have to make sure this is well sharpened every time otherwise it doesn't work so well, and then use the spoolie to blend it into the brow and comb through the brows. It lasts all day and it doesn't budge very impressed, Primark!

Depending on how long I have to spend on my brows will depend on the products I will use. If I am in a hurry my go to product is the Soap and Glory Archery 2-in-1 Brow Crayon. This is an incredible brow product that I can use to fill in my brows, extend them and then set them with the gel. The shade is a touch too light for my brows but it isn't too noticeable so I still use it. This is one of the best products I have tried and my brows always look great, if I do say so myself, when I use this. It lasts all day and doesn't fade or melt off throughout the day. The gel included in the product is fab too, it holds my brows in place without making them crispy. I have a full review on this if you would like to read more about it - link.

If I am wanting to use a powder product I always go for the Collection Eyebrow Kit. This kit includes three different shade powders and a setting gel which I have completely used up. I will switch between using the middle and darkest shade in the palette depending on how strong of a brow I want that day. My go to everyday shade is the middle shade. I use this to fill in my brows for years and if I am not using the Soap and Glory product, I always use this. It is really easy to apply and isn't to pigmented that if you make a mistake you have to use a makeup remover. The powders last all day and doesn't move around or fade once they have been set with a clear gel. These powders work brilliantly with the Primark pencil.

The setting gel I have been obsessed with recently is the Essence Lash & Brow Gel Mascara. I have been using this almost everyday with the Collection Eyebrow Kit and it is like a match made in heaven. The wand is a great size and small enough that it doesn't get any of the gel onto the skin around the eye brows. What I really like about this and why I continue to use it is that it doesn't leave my brows wet or crispy. It dries very quickly and holds my brows in place all day long. It is practically weightless on the brows.
