La Roche Posay Hydraphase Intense Masque

If there is one skincare brand that has never disappointed me, its La Roche Posay. Until recently I hadn't tried anything from the Hydraphase line but as my skin has been extremely dry recently the Intense Masque couldn't have been purchased at a better time! Whats even better is that I managed to pick up this full size tube for just £4 in Boots as it was in the clearance section - who doesn't love a good deal?!
La Roche Posay Hydraphase Intense Masque

The whole line of Hydraphase Intense products from La Roche Posay are especially designed for dehydrated skin and aim to infuse and lock in water for ultra long lasting comfort. I have been using the Serum from the range for over a month now and I am really impressed with it. The Hydraphase Intense Masque can be used on women or men who have very dehydrated skin, even sensitive skin. It contains Hyaluronic acid and La Roche Posay Thermal Spa Water which is going to help lock in the hydration. It is paraben free and non - perfumed.

This masque can be used as an extra step in your skincare routine to intensely hydrate the skin while improving the skins suppleness and softness while keeping it soothed and comfortable. I have been using this once a week, usually on a Sunday to make sure that my skin has locked in as much hydration as possible for the week ahead. This masque is to be applied in a generous layer and left on the skin for 10 minutes, making sure to avoid the eye area. Once those 10 minutes are up all you have to do is remove the excess with a cotton wool pad.

Since I have introduced this to my skincare routine my skin has never been softer! I love that the masque actually sinks into the skin and doesn't just sit on the surface as it actually gets to work immediately and starts hydrating the skin. I find that once the 10 minutes are up and I have removed the excess, my skin instantly feels softer and soothed. My skin has been incredibly dry recently and I actually had some patches of flaky skin but each time I use this I notice my skin getting deeply hydrated and back to its normal state. After just two applications of this masque, my dry patches were gone and my skin was back to being comfortable! I have quite sensitive skin and found this masque to be calming on the skin which I really like as many masques leave my skin red afterwards.
