Sleek Face Contour Kit in Light

I am finally getting into contouring and have been on the hunt for products on a budget. Sleek is one of my favourite high street brands and I have been obsessed with their lip products recently so I couldn't wait to try out the Face Contour Kit. I have been loving it so far!

The Sleek Face Contour Kit is available in three different shade options and I have the light version and it is a perfect match for my skin tone. Each of the compacts come with a contour and highlighting shade as well as a leaflet on how to use the products. I love that Sleek have included this as I didn't really have any idea and it is great to have some guide lines! The palette is very compact and fits in the palm of my hand while having a decent sized mirror inside. On the back of the compact is a little description about what is included in the palette. Sleek do not test on animals either - hooray!

The contour shade is showing up slightly orange in the photos when it actually has no hint of orange to the real eye. The contour shade is completely matte and the highlighter has a gorgeous illuminating glow to it. I like that both of the products are powders as I find that many contour and highlighting palettes are cream based and cream products are a little intimidating to a newbie like myself at contouring. Both of the powders are extremely easy to blend out so you aren't going to end up with stripes across your face. Using this palette is going to help you create a gorgeous sculpted and defined look with a natural glow - who doesn't want that!?

The contour shade really is perfect for paler skin tones, I have very light skin and find that it doesn't look too dark on me but helps create that sculpted look. I have been using the Zoeva 109 Brush and it find it applies it evenly and I can blend it out to look natural. The highlight shade is definitely going to provide you with a natural glow which is perfect for everyday. I like to use the contour shade on my lower cheekbones and use the highlight on the higher cheekbones. I have always complained about having a chubby face but I have been using the contour shade to contour my jawline and I love how it makes my face look! The highlight shade can also be used on the nose too if you like your nose to have a little glow or you could even use it in your cupids bow or brow bone.

The Sleek Face Contour Kit retails for £6.49 - HERE. Do you like contouring? Have you used this palette? Let me know what you think!
