June 2016 Favourites

I must say this every month but 2016 is really flying by isn't it - before we know it it will be Christmas again! This month I have been loving so many products that it was difficult to narrow it down! I rediscovered some old loves and found some new loves - I am kicking myself for not trying these products sooner!
June 2016 Favourites
A couple of non photographical favourites this month were Love Island, reading and wearing no foundation! Love Isand has been the highlight of my evenings and I have been loving this series, there is so much drama I can't quite believe it! I only started watching it because a girl I went to go is on it but I have got myself well and truly hooked! Cara and Nathan are my favourite couple, fingers crossed they win! I would have never left the house without foundation before this month but I have been loving it! My skin has been having some really good days recently so I only use concealer under my eyes and a bit of powder and I have been loving the natural look..and those few extra minutes in bed! I got a Kindle Fire for my birthday a couple of months ago and I have been obsessed with it or the past couple of weeks and have been reading non stop! My favourite books I have read this month were The Selection series and My Life Next Door.

Onto the beauty products...

My first favourite this month is the Elizabeth Arden Sunset Bronze Bronzer and I have been using it pretty much everyday this month! This is the perfect bronzer for my pale skintone to warm up the skin and look as if I have been on a tropical holiday. It does have a light sheen to it so it does look very natural on the face. The only other makeup product this month is the Barry M Coco Loco Lip Oil, its no secret how much I love these budget lip oils but I can't stop using the coconut version. I have been using this every morning before I apply my makeup to keep my lips soft and hydrated and it makes them so glossy too. This is the only budget lip oil I have used that actually provides long lasting hydration.

The one skincare product that has stood out to me this month is the Pixi Glow Tonic. I can't believe had never tried this before now but it has made such a difference to my skin! This product is the reason why my skin has been the clearest it has ever been as well as being the soft and glowy. I have never had glowy skin before but every night that I use this I wake up to gorgeous glowy skin - I am hooked. The Iconic London EVO Brush (its the smallest one which is available as part of one of their sets) has made a huge difference in my under eye concealer application and blending out concealer around my nose etc. I had always struggled with my concealer creasing under my eyes but when I use this brush to make sure everything is blended it never creases whether I wear powder or not!

My next favourite this month has been the YSL Black Opium Fragrance. I recieved a travel set of some of the YSL perfumes and I thought I was going to hate Black Opium but I have found myself wearing it everyday and I definitely need to invest in the full size bottle! My final favourite this month is the Makeup Revolution Solid Brush Cleaner. I have been obsessed with this again as it cleans the dirtiest brushes so well within seconds and it is only £5! I have used so many different brush cleaners and this is honestly one of the best ones I have ever used, especially for cleaning foundation brushes!

What were your favourites this month?
