I am such a big Roger and Gallet fan but I until recently I hadn't tried many of the other scents apart from the Fleur de Figuier so I was excited to give the Gingembre Rouge scent a try! Roger and Gallet have a great range of fragrances and body care with a few different scents available, I highly recommend the hand balms as well as the body balms if you are new to the brand!
The Roger and Gallet Gingembre Rouge Fragrant Wellbeing Water is inspired by a journey to Zanzibar which will unveil the sensuality and freshness to offer all the happiness of an energising wellbeing. I always love the Roger and Gallet packaging, it is simple and elegant with pops of colour and a french feel. On the back of the bottle is a gorgeous dotted design of leaves and trees which peeks through the pink ombre bottle when you view it from the front.
For this being a fragrant water it provides a long lasting scent to the skin and even longer on clothing. I have been obsessed with this scent and have been wearing it every day since it arrived. It is a gorgeous vibrant fragrance with mandarin, pomegranate, ginger and lychee, this isn't a scent I would usually go for but with all of the main ingredients combined its too good to miss. I can spritz it a few times at the start of the day and at mid afternoon I can still smell it, this is why I am always impressed with Roger and Gallet fragrances as they are super long lasting with a strong scent which isn't overpowering - its the perfect product. This product has no artificial colourings, mineral oils and parabens as well as being preservative, phenoxyethanol and aluminium salts free to name a few.
For some reason this scent reminds of the smell of the Victoria's Secret stores, they mist have a similar ingredient as I think of the store everytime I wear this scent. I wish you could smell this scent through the screen as I am not doing it any justice! There are also two other products available in this scent, the body lotion as well as the shower gel.
