Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Plumping Gloss

I love plumping lip products, I honestly can't get enough of them! I know that some people find them to be very painful and uncomfortable but I personally quite like it and the Soap and Glory plumping products are always some of my favourites. I have been wanting bigger lips for a while now and I am not quite ready for lip injections just yet so these are the best next thing!

I am a huge fan of the Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Glosses so I was excited to give the Extreme Plump a try. This is a clear plumping lip gloss which comes in a squeezy tube, if clear isn't for you then there is a nude shade as well. This claims to be a super sizing, extra strength collagen lip shine with Lipswell, Superfill and Visivolume to provide an immediate effect of lip plumpness. I like that I have the clear version as it is perfect as a lipstick or lip liner topper to keep in my handbag. The amount of plumping to the lips you will see will depend on how sensitive your lips are, almost all lip plumpers work for me which I am happy about as it is saving me money as I don't have the need for injections, although I am still thinking about it!

I love lip glosses as they usually don't dry out my lips and I can't stand how some matte products feel on my lips. This gloss is super glossy on the lips and provides tonnes of long lasting shine without drying out the lips or feeling sticky. As it is in a squeezy tube you can be more specific with the amount you want to apply, I love a very glossy lip so I go a little over the top sometimes! Like all of the other glosses from Soap and Glory, this smells delicious and makes me want to apply it even more. For a gloss, it is pretty long lasting on the lips. I would say that I can apply this at 5am in the morning when I am getting ready for work and at 10/11am it is still on the lips but will need a top up.

If you aren't a fan of lip products which tingle the lips maybe stay away from this. I would say that it isn't painful it just gives a light tingly sensation but I personally don't find it uncomfortable, the only lip plumping product I cannot use is the Plump It! which actually makes my eyes water so this is nothing in comparasion. This does plump my lips pretty well which I am super happy about, from the side you can see the most difference as they look fuller.

The Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Extreme Plump Gloss retails for £10 - HERE.

  1. Great review, I have heard good things about these, it would be interesting to see a before and after photo, but to be fair I think I watched a video by Em from My Pale Skin Blog where she used this and it really seemed to work. Can't wait to try some! Xx

  12. What a great review - I have to admit this is one thing from soap and glory I haven't tried - it does sound like an interesting one for people who do like plumping products to try. x

  13. I have been seeing S&G alot recently, personally I found them too scented for me, but they may have changed since.
I used to use carmex, that give a tingle, but personally not a fan of lip plumpers :)

  14. Well if you do want to try a lip plumper this one is very reasonably priced. A couple of before and after shots would have been useful x

  18. This sounds like a great lip gloss! I have worked with Soap And Glory in the past they are a great brand and have so many cool products. I like the sound of this one, reminds me of a similar one I tried from the brand. Great option instead of lip injections x

  19. I love Soap and Glory and I'm pretty sure I tried an earlier version of this product. It made my lips a tad bigger but also made them feel a bit funny - in a good way! x

  24. I bought one of their Sexy Mother Pucker glosses a year or two back in a blog sale to give it a try and I hated it! It went straight in the bin! I have quite sensitive lips that do swell easily even if I just bite them without realising so I don't think it's the sort of product for me x
