Having acne prone skin which reacts badly to the odd product is a nightmare. My skin tends to be very fussy when it comes to skincare and if it doesn't like something, I will end up with multiple of the most painful breakouts. This selection of products are the rare few that my skin loves and that keeps my skin looking and feeling great.

My go to morning cleanser at the moment has been the Simple Vital Vitamin Foaming Cleanser. I know a lot of people don't get on with foaming cleansers but I find this one to not be too drying on the skin but cleans away any dirty and residue which has been left on the skin. I always trust Simple skincare as it is one of the few brands that I know won't break out my skin. I have had this bottle of Pixi Glow Tonic for a couple of months now and I just always forgot to use it but I finally decided to give it a proper try and I get what all the hype is about now! It makes me skin super soft and much brighter than it has been in a while. I have also noticed this works well with minimising my acne scarring.

When it comes to hydrating my skin, that it is where it can get tricky. I have tried so many different serums and moisturisers and many I can't use in the morning as they don't work well with my foundation and base products or they end up drying out my skin so much that the skin actually flakes off. The two serums which I alternate between using almost every morning and evening are the Avene Hydrating Serum and the Jurlique Advanced Serum. Both of these hydrate my skin brilliantly and sink in so quickly leaving my skin feeling smooth and both are also great bases for makeup. My all time favourite evening moisturiser has to be the Vichy Sleep Balm. I have used a whole full sized version of this and I am now onto the mini and I still am loving it! This moistusier always makes my skin look and feel like I have had a brilliant nights sleep when in reality I have only had a few hours.

At the moment there the L'Oreal Pure Clay Detox Mask had been completely saving my skin. There is so much hype around these masks and I finally gave in and decided that I need to see what all the fuss was about for myself! This is one of the best face masks that I have used in a while as it always leaves my skin incredible soft and my breakouts minimised. Even though it is a clay mask it doesn't strip my skins moistuser or leave it feeling uncomfortable afterwards.
