Lancome Cushion Blush Subtil

I must admit that I have never really worn blush that isn't in powder form as anything liquid or cream scares me slightly. I am always worried that I will apply it wrong and it will end up patchy but I am so glad that I tried out this product as I have been really loving how it looks on the cheeks!

If you read my review on the Lancome Cushion Foundation, you'll know I was a huge fan! So when it was time to start putting the cushion blush to the test I knew I was going to like it even though I had never really used any cream blushes before. The Cushion Blush Subtil's are available in six different shades and I have 02 Rose Limonade which is a gorgeous cool toned pink.

These blushes are a liquid based product but in a cushion which makes them portable and spill-proof. These new blushes are going to instantly refresh the cheeks bringing vibrant colour to the face. With these blushes you can choose the intensity you want to go for, I would highly suggest going in with an extremely light hand and tiny amount of product as these are incredibly pigmented! You can use the puff included in the compact to apply the blush but I prefer to apply it to the cheeks with a stippling brush and then go in with the puff to make sure it is blended well.

I have been so impressed with this blush as it adds a gorgeous tint of colour to the cheeks and it was so easy to apply! Using a combination of the stippling brush and the puff included made application fool proof and I use only the tiniest amount. Once applied it is very long lasting on the cheeks and if I ever apply too much I will just take a clean part of the puff and blend it out and pop a small amount of setting powder over the top. It feels very light weight on the skin, basically undetectable and feels very so slightly cooling as I apply it.

The Lancome Cushion Blush Subtil retails for £28 and is available - HERE.
