I love Nicki Minaj and I had been wanting to try out her fragrances for ages so when I saw this new one was launching I knew I would love it as soon as I saw the scent notes. I am a huge fan of celebrity fragrances and they are usually slightly cheaper than the designer brands yet smell just as fab.
This is Nicki's newest fragrance which reflects exotic beauty and captivating charm of her Trinidadian heritage. This is a fragrance to inspire fans with the message of staying true to who you are and where you come from. This is a fresh, vivacious fragrance of a tantalizing cocktail of juicy fruits and exotic Trinidadian Chaconia blossoms, revealing a sensual finish of creamy coconut and white musk. All of these notes together create a gorgeous fresh floral-fruity blend. This fragrance is available in 30, 50 and 100ml.
I absolutely love the bottle of this fragrance which looks just like Nicki. To be able to spritz the fragrance onto the skin you actually have to pull off her head which makes me laugh each time I do it. This bottle is definitely marketed towards a slightly younger target audience but I do love the look of it sitting on my shelf. This to me doesn't smell like a 'celebrity fragrance' which I like as typically they used to not be the best fragrances but I have found them to be much better in recent years and much better value for money. This fragrance has top notes of litchi, blood orange, quince, and sorbet. The heart is composed of apple blossom with Trinidadian chaconiaflower and dewy leaves. The base is made of white must and coconut cream.
If you love a fruity scent, you will be a fan of this fragrance. To me this is fragrance to brighten up gloomy days with a fruity scent reminiscent of summer days. It is a strong scent but it isn't too overpowering on the skin or clothing and is very long lasting. I can spritz this on in the morning and still be able to smell it every now and again in the early evening. Even if you hate the bottle, it is definitely worth giving this a sniff next time you are in Superdrug.
