November 2016 Favourites

I can't believe that it is already December tomorrow - this month has flown by! I am so excited for the 'official' start of Christmas even though my tree has been up for a week and I have been listening to Christmas music since September. This past month I have rediscovered an old holy grail product and have all other new product favourites which I hadn't even tried until this month!

When I was around 15, I would only wear the MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation and I was obsessed with it so I decided to buy it and try it again. And it didn't disappoint! I knew I was going to love this again and it was exactly the foundation product I was looking for. It has a great high coverage without feeling heavy or looking cakey on the skin and it is very long lasting. I love that MAC do such a great range of shades as NC15 is the perfect colour match for me and my super pale skin. Another foundation type favourite this month is the Pur 4-in-1 Pressed Mineral Makeup which is essentially a powder foundation. I haven't used a powder foundation in years and this one from Pur is absolutely incredible, you can read my full review on this over on ReallyRee's site where I reviewed it - link here. I like to use this over lighter coverage foundations or on its own and it is by far the best powder foundation I have used as it as full coverage and doesn't leave you looking powdery.

My next favourite this month is the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Water. I had heard very mixed things about this but it does actually work! This helps mattify my skin before foundation application and it really does make a huge difference in how long my foundation lasts throughout the day and helped keep my face looking matte! Another super hyped about product is the new Urban Decay Naked Ulitmate Basics Palette and I do get the hype with this. All of the shades are extremely pigmented and blendable and I have got so much use out of this palette already. It has a good range of shades and if you are looking to invest in one essential matte palette, I highly recommend this one.

The Elegant Touch Polar Opposite Nails are my obsession at the moment and I just can't get over how cute these are! I have said probably a hundred times how much I love the Elegant Touch nails as they are so comfortable on my real nails and the glue that is included is fantastic. I love the metallic blue base of these nails and the polar bears are just adorable. My last favourite this month is the Bath and Body Works Vanilla Bean Noel Fine Fragrance Mist. This smells like all things sweet and delicious and makes me smell like a cupcake - who doesn't want that?! Once spritzed onto the skin or clothing the scent lingers for hours too.

What were your November favourites?
