Zoeva Pure Lacquer Box Set (+ Swatches)

Zoeva is seriously killing it with their lip product new launches and I am obsessed with them. If you read my recent review on the Pure Velour Lip Box, you will know I was a huge fan and it's no different with these. While Zoeva is most popular for their makeup brushes, you won't want to miss out on these. 

Swatched: Unrefined, Strong Career, Sensual Curve, Criss Cross, Crushed Bloom, Noble Heart, Haute Pursuit, Senso. 

These are the Zoeva Lip Lacquer Liquid Lipsticks which have a high shine finish. Just like the matte versions, these have Vitamin E to moisturise and condition the lips and have a fantastic applicator. The applicator is a concave doe foot, different to the Velour applicator, which has been created to fit the contours of the lips perfectly for easy application. It picks up the perfect amount of product and the liquid lipstick glides onto the lips with no sign of patchiness with any of the shades. The eight shades included in this box set are:

- Unrefined: Warm beige nude

- Strong Career: Warm rosy toned brown

- Sensual Curve: Brown toned oxblood

- Criss Cross: Deep plum

- Crushed Bloom: Deep dusty rose

- Noble Heart: Classic red

- Haute Pursuit: Intense magenta

- Senso: Vibrant tangerine

These high shine lacquer liquid lipsticks have such a lightweight formula that you can hardly feel them on the lips and are incredibly long lasting. These honestly feel more like a balm on the lips and even though they have a glossy finish, they don't feel sticky on the lips. These hold up so well throughout the day and even with the glossy finish, they don't transfer too much which I was surprised about. None of the shades apply patchy and they only need a quick swipe on the lips before you are good to head out the door. I like that they have included a good range of shades in this box, the Pure Velours are much more nude tones whereas with these glossy ones you have a great mixture of shades.

My favourite shades at the moment have to be Crushed Bloom for every day, this is my favourite kind of pink to wear on the lips and I have been reaching for this one so much. Criss Cross isn't a shade I would have usually gone for but I have worn it a couple of times and I love it for those occasions when I want more of a dramatic bold lip.
