This is one seriously hyped about hair styling tool and one of the main reasons I wanted to try it out was because Zoella has been rocking hair styled with something similar to this and she always looks great. I really can't fault Lee Stafford products, I have always been a big fan and it's no surprise that I do really like this tool as well!
This is the perfect tool to achieve the perfect corkscrew curls and crazy big hair! This curling wand has an extra skinny rectangular barrel so you can easily get good results. I have found that it heats up very quickly so you don't have to wait around, it does only have one heat setting. The wand itself has a LED light indicator so you can easily see if it has been switched on or not and it also has a durable swivel cord. Speaking of the cord, it is on the shorter side so you will need to be sat pretty close to a plug when you do your hair. The barrel is ceramic coated and I noticed that the hair glided around the barrel and left my hair looking smooth.
To put this to the test, I did it on my little sister's hair as it is slightly shorter than mine but she does have a lot of hair! I sectioned off her hair and it took me around an hour to do her whole head so it can be a little time consuming, it would probably take me even longer if I did it on myself regularly as I do have very long hair. I found that you can get much better results when you do it is smaller sections and it is perfect to achieve those corkscrew curls. You don't have to leave the hair on the barrel for too long either as it gets pretty hot at 200 degrees. I noticed with these curls in particular that they will last for days if you don't wash your hair, I tested it out on my hair too and my hair normally can't hold a curl for more than a few hours and these curls lasted for days!
If are looking for a heat tool to create this on trend hairstyle, you can't beat Lee Stafford, this is currently on offer for £15.99 on the Lee Stafford website and delivery is from 95p! One of the main things I like about this tool is that it has a cool tip on the top of the barrel to help prevent burning your fingers.
The Lee Stafford Chopstick Styler retails for £19.99 - HERE.
