NARS Unfiltered II Cheek Palette (+ Swatches)

I don't own too much from NARS but as soon as I saw this blush palette, I knew I had to have it in my collection. I don't own any blush palettes either and as I am going on holiday in a couple of months I thought it was the perfect opportunity (and excuse) to buy it and it hasn't disappointed. This is limited edition so if you do want it, I would act quickly!

The NARS Unfiltered II Blush Palette has six gorgeous blushes with pink, peaches and a plum shade with matte, satin and shimmer powder shades. There is also a different colour option of the blush palette available but this one is definitely more wearable for my fairer skin tone. When this palette arrived, it was much smaller than I had expected, it fits in my hand but when you compare the blush sizes to the full sizes it is a great price. You get 3.5g of each shade and a full-size NARS blush is 4.5g.

I love the packaging of the palette and it feels very luxury as expected for NARS. The palette itself is on the smaller side as I mentioned and is fairly sleek. The front of the palette as a super pretty pink tinted mirror with NARSisst on top, it is very similar to the Travel Exclusive Sets at Duty-Free which I am a huge fan of. The pans in the palette are a decent side and you can fit a brush into each one easily without picking up any of the other colours. The shades in this stunning palette are:

- Conquest is a matte pastel peach
- Undefeated is a pale pink with a shimmer finish
- Power Play is a vivid matte pink
- Fame is a pink/amber shade with a sheeny finish
- Candid is a shimmery mauve toned raspberry
- Hot Sand is a peachy champagne with a sheeny finish

Five out of six shades are limited edition shades for the palette but also included is a best seller from NARS which is the Hot Sand blush, I had been wanting to get my hands on this for a while so I was so happy it was included in the palette! All six of the blushes are soft to the touch and high pigment, apply so effortlessly and are super blendable. This palette is the perfect palette for lighter to medium skin tones and there is a great mixture of shades and all are very wearable. Candid is the darkest shade in the palette but you can sheer it out lightly over the cheeks and build up the intensity.

I usually don't like peachy shades on my cheeks but I have been loving the peach tone shades the most! I can definitely understand why Hot Sand is a best selling product from the brand as it is gorgeous and like nothing I have in my collection. I have been grabbing with every morning and I don't see myself not using it anytime soon, it is definitely worth the price tag at £45 but if you do want to save a bit of money on it, Fabled (where I ordered from) has 15% off for new customers so I paid just under £40!
