Shills Black Peel-Off Mask

If you haven't seen this mask on social media, where have you been?! I have seen so many hilarious videos of people removing these masks and even though I knew it might cause me some pain, I really wanted to try it! I have terrible blackheads on my nose so if it can get rid of them, I am okay with the pain that it can cause.

This is the massively talked about Shills Black Deep Cleansing Peel-Off Mask, there are a lot of fakes on the internet and Just Beauty has the official product and they do also sell it on Amazon as well. This mask has gone viral for its painful yet satisfying blackhead pulling abilities. This mask originates from Taiwan and is around £8 to buy in the UK, I think this is a good price for what it can do for your skin.

This mask has been specifically formatted to unblock clogged pores by lifting blackheads, dirt and spot causing bacteria from the skin. I wouldn't recommend using this mask too often but as it is pretty effective, you don't need to use it often anyway! It has the key active ingredient of bamboo charcoal that acts like a magnet to basically pull the junk and impurities out of the skin. It also has a lot of naturally brightening derived ingredients like calendula, rosemary and grapefruit which will help rebalance and restore a glowing complexion.

To use this mask you apply a thick layer, this is very important, to cleansed dry skin and leave it on for around 20-30 minutes to then peel off starting from the bottom. They also recommend that you finish with a toner after you have used the mask. If you have a low tolerance to pain or are scared like I was when I first used this mask, only use it on smaller areas like my nose and chin to begin with. I don't really have any skin issues on my cheeks and forehead so I don't really need to apply the mask to these areas anyway.

I have used this mask a few times now and it doesn't hurt quite as much as I expected it too, I am so happy about that as I am a huge baby! I have found it to work best on my nose and it definitely does pull some of the blackheads out but what I love is how soft this leaves my skin feeling! It feels super smooth and I was expecting it to feel dry after peeling it off but it actually feels just was hydrated as it did prior to application. I will definitely keep using this whenever I notice my blackheads get bad again!
