Favourite Products Under £5

While a lot of the makeup in my collection and makeup bag is a little more expensive, I am still always looking for incredible products on a budget. One of my favourite brands, Essence, is so affordable and I am always recommending their products. I thought I would share some of my favourite products that are under £5 each, I have repurchased some of these so many times I have lost count.

Every single time I wear makeup, I always wear winged liner and if I don't I almost feel naked without it! The Collection Extreme 24 Hour Liner has been one of my go-to makeup products for years. It is super affordable at £2.99 and is one of the best eyeliners I have ever used. It has a felt tip which makes it so easy to apply the perfect wing and it has a super black formula. The other eyeliner I swear by is the Essence The Cushion Eyeliner, this is another new favourite of mine but I couldn't be without it now. This £3 eyeliner is completely different than anything I have used before. It is a liquid eyeliner suspended in a cushion that you apply with a brush, I like to use an angled brush. Again, this is one of the blackest eyeliners I have ever used and it is so easy to apply while being long-lasting and smudge proof.

Essence makes such great quality products at such a low price and the My Must Haves collection isn't one to be missed. I recently wrote all about these in detail, here, and if you have been wanting to make your own custom palette but are on a budget, you have to check out Essence! These eyeshadows are some of the most pigmented ones I have in my collection while being so soft and smooth. The shadows themselves are just £1.50 each and they also have lip powders, blushes, bronzers and more! The Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadows are holy grails in my makeup collection. These eyeshadows are so easy to apply, I like to use my fingers and the metallic shades are so intense! If you have never tried these, you need to give them a try! These are just $5 each, I have about 15 of them and I can't wait to get my hands on some more shades soon.

One of the newest favourites of mine is the Rimmel #Insta Fix & Matte Powder. I have never been so impressed with a pressed powder as I have been with this! This is so smoothing on the skin and even though it has a matte finish, it doesn't make the skin look flat. It minimises pores and no matter how much you apply, it never looks heavy or cakey. If you are looking for a powder to have a filtered effect on the skin, you have to try this out as soon as possible! It retails for £4.99 and I will definitely be purchasing it again soon! The Natural Collection Blushed Cheeks are just £1.99 each and super pigmented! I always have to go in with a very light hand when I use mine. They are very soft and easy to apply and never look patchy on the skin.

I have a drawer full of lip products but I always go back to the Soap and Glory Gloss Stick and Matte Lips. These are £3.50 each and the perfect handbag size. I have been using these since they launched and I have even repurchased a couple of the shades in the past. I am never without a Glossy Stick in my bag, they are so comfortable to wear and I love the sheen they give the lips as well as great colour pay off in your selected shade. It's no secret that I am not a huge fan of matte lip products but the Matte Lips are so comfortable to wear and easy to apply.
