Zoeva Summer Strobe Spectrum Palette (+ Swatches)

I don't own too many highlighting palettes and this was the perfect addition to my makeup collection. I have always loved the Zoeva products and brushes I have tried and this has not disappointed me! If you are looking for a stunning new highlighting palette, this might just be the one for you!

This is the perfect bronze tone highlighter palette with ultra-blendable shades. This palette has been made in Italy and contains Vitamin E to care for the skin and help protect against environmental aggressors. It is free from Parabens, Phthalates, Mineral Oil and perfume as well. This palette can suit so many different skin tones due to the shade range, I have a light skin tone and find that three out of four shades work for me as cheekbone highlighters but I can imagine this palette looking gorgeous on medium to darker skin tones too, especially the bottom two shades in the palette. The four shades in this palette are:

- SU010: Yellow Toned Cream
- SU020: Shimmery Orange Peach
- SU030: Light Bronze
- SU040: Terracotta Brown

Each of the four shades are incredibly pigmented and super soft to the touch. They aren't at all powdery on the skin and each of the shades has a gorgeous sheen and pearlescent finish. This is a very warm toned highlighting palette, perfect for the summer months. All of the shades are very easy to apply to the cheekbones, I like to use the 105 Luxe Highlight, 134 Luxe Powder Fusion or the 132 Luxe Powder Finish to apply any of the four shades. While you can obviously use all of the shades on their own as highlighters, you could mix a shade or two to create a different hue - I really like to mix SU010 and SU020.

I love how these look on the skin, they are very glowy but they don't emphasise my pores or any textured areas, they have a slight smoothing effect on the skin. They also don't look at all chunky on the skin and the shades are also buildable so you can either go for a more natural glow, using a fan brush or build it up to be much more intense, I just can't get enough of this palette!

The shades are fairly long-lasting, I usually find I need to have a quick touch up towards the evening to make sure my glow is still going strong. While I mainly use the shades to highlight my cheek bones, I love to use SU030 and SU040 as eyeshadows, they make gorgeous lid colours! I also like to use the lighter shades to highlight the Cupid's bow and brow bone. Highlighting the Cupid's bow is a great way to make your lips appear fuller and slightly bigger.
