Inside My Travel Makeup Bag

In just a few days, I'm heading off on holiday! I have found packing my clothes an absolute breeze but when it comes to makeup..not so much! I honestly wish I could just pack my Ikea Alex Drawers with me because I like to have options! I have been trying to narrow it down and anything I have forgotten, I can make a little purchase in Duty-Free!

I know I am probably not going to be wearing makeup too much for the next week or so but I wanted to bring the essentials for evenings out or if I actually want to do my makeup that day! The only primer I am bringing with me is the HA Blur, this is the best primer I have ever used. It makes my makeup last so much longer and it fills in pores like no other. I decided to bring two foundations with me, the IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream and the L'Oreal Pro Glow. I will most likely only use the IT Cosmetics one because it has SPF 50 in it and I am going to keep my skin protected at all costs! For concealer, I am just bringing the Tarte Shape Tape because once you've used shape tape...you can't love anything else as much! For setting powders I decided on the Rimmel #Insta Fix & Matte and the RCMA No Color Powder as these are two of my daily must haves at the moment.

If you read my Tarte Glow Girls Set review last week (review here) you will know how much I am in love with the Exposed Highlight and Hotel Heiress Bronzer and as these are minis they had to come with me! For blushes, I decided on the Essence £1 Brushes as you can't go wrong with these, they have great pigmentation and they aren't going to take up much room in my makeup bag. The only other face product I have in my makeup bag is the Urban Decay De-Slick Setting Spray. I can't be without one of my UD setting sprays and as this one is better formulated for oily skin so I thought it would be better suited for the hot weather!

For brows, I am bringing my trusty Eylure Brow Pomade and Fleur de Force Setting Gels. These are the two brow products I have been using every day for months, if not years with the brow pomade! As these aren't the most waterproof brow products, I have also packed the Soap and Glory Archery 2-in-1 Brow Filling Pencil. This is incredibly long lasting on me and even if I am going makeup free, I have to do my brows! For eyes, I have packed my Soap and Glory Supercat Liner, I can't be without this stuff at the moment! As well as the Tarte Maneater Mascara and the Mii Wide Awake Liner as these are my two eye must haves for every day. I have managed to only pack two palettes with me, I honestly wanted to bring about five! I decided on the Tarte Maneater Palette and my custom Colourpop Palette as these two have almost all the shades I could need for a warm eye look.

I decided on not packing any lip products as I haven't my favourites in my hand luggage and will probably pick up a new one or two in Duty-Free!
