I am a bit of a shower gel snob, I only like a few brands but as soon as I saw these online I knew I wanted to give them a try because who doesn't want to smell like a tasty donut?! Bilou was created by Bibi (BibisBeautyPalace on YouTube) who has 4.5 million subscribers and she has created one incredible range of products!
The Bilou brand has just launched in the UK at Superdrug and I can see these products taking the UK by storm, I have fallen in love with these two products I can't wait to try out the rest of the range soon! The range currently includes three products, the Creamy Shower Foams, the Gentle Cream Foams and the 2-in-1 Body Sprays. The whole Bilou range is 100% vegan which makes in incredibly happy as anybody can use the products. There are currently five scents available at Superdrug and I really hope they start to stock a few of the others from the brand soon, Chocolate Cupcake needs to be mine! I love the packaging of this range, I love the white bottles and the tops of colour - it's very eye catching! They also made with 100% recyclable aluminium cans.
If you are looking for a shower product satisfy your sweet tooth, you need to get your hands on Tasty Donut or Cotton Candy. Both of these scents are incredibly sweet without being sickly and I just can't get enough of them! Tasty Donut is described as a freshly-baked donut with a fruity strawberry icing and it is honestly the perfect description. This is exactly what it smells like, it actually reminds me of strawberry laces - yum! Cotton Candy is the sweeter scent out of the two I would have to say and has notes of fluffy cotton candy and sweet caramel.
I have tried a few different foam shower gels before and these are by far the best ones I have used. They actually dispense into a foam straight away and they are quite comforting on the skin as you rub it in. The foam is very luxurious feeling and soft to the touch, you don't need a lot of product either so you aren't going to run out too quickly. They aren't at all drying on the skin and I have slightly sensitive skin and I haven't personally had any issues. The scent throw with both of these scents is incredible as you can not only smell them as you rub them into the skin but the scent actually lingers on the skin for hours afterwards. I love that these scents linger on the skin and I imagine they would smell even better when paired with the other products from the scent lines.
I need to stock up on these immediately because if you couldn't already tell, I am a huge fan! I am really intrigued by the foam lotions as I have honestly never come across a product like this before. I definitely want to pick up one of the body sprays too to keep in my handbag, I think I will go for the Fizzy Berry fragrance! Every product from Bilou is just £3.99 making them extremely affordable but are high quality and great value for money.
