I may not like to eat Avocados but my hair really likes them! Superdrug is one of my favourite places to shop, especially with free delivery online if you are a Health & Beautycard Member and these products really caught my attention. My hair has been quite dry recently so I had been wanting to switch up my haircare and find something new that would help keep my hair soft and hydrated.
The Superdrug Avocado and Manuka Honey hair care range has been designed to nourish the hair and leave it feeling soft and smooth. There are three products in the range, a shampoo, conditioner and a leave-in treatment for normal, dry and damaged hair. These products are also suitable for vegetarians and is also an affordable range. These products are actually on two for £6 and are £3.99 each for the bigger sizes that they are, that is such a great deal! I really like the simple packaging too with the green accents.
The shampoo and conditioner have been my go-to products for whenever I wash my hair. The shampoo does a great job at cleansing the roots and scalp without stripping it of moisture and doesn't weigh my hair down. I have also noticed that it adds a tonne of shine, especially to my roots! It lathers up well so you can get a good cleanse in, it's been great to help remove product build up too. The conditioner is very hydrating on the mids to ends of my hair and doesn't leave any residue in my hair like some conditioners can do. It does a fantastic job at hydrating my dry ends and keeping my hair looking and feeling smooth. My frizz has definitely been reduced since I have been using these and I love the scent of them!
The final product in the range is the Conditioning & Protecting Spray and I think it is my favourite out of the three! This is extremely nourishing and hydrating on my hair and I love that it has heat protection in it as I always forget to use one when I blow dry my hair. This has made the mids to ends of my hair look so much healthier and softer than ever. I have noticed it has made my split ends look so much better than they usually do and my hair has been so glossy! If you have dry and damaged hair, you need to give this a try.
