Testing Out Korean Skincare

I have been wanting to try Korean skin care for the longest time after hearing such good things about it. Everybody raves about their skincare and I have been really impressed! One thing I was really surprised by was that this brand, is vegan and cruelty-free - I just wasn't expecting that to be honest but it makes me very happy!

All four of these products are from the Klairs brand and I really like the thought behind the company as they are keeping it simple with their skin care and only use necessary ingredients. There's no colourants, alcohol, parabens or artificial fragrances in their products and they aim to bring them to customers at a reasonable price! This is a high-quality skin care brand for even sensitive skin. I really like the packaging too, it's very simple and of course, I am in love with the one with hints of holographic colouring.

I have been loving BB creams for hot days and the Klairs Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream with SPF 50, PA++ is a new favourite of mine. This comes in one universal shade, if you have a medium/deep skin tone I personally wouldn't recommend this as it is on the lighter side. This is suitable for all skin types, even those with sensitive or acne prone skin and it has really great coverage! This is what I have been using most days for a few weeks now and it has good coverage without looking heavy on the skin and as it is illuminating, it adds a healthy glow to the skin. It's great for days in the sun thanks to the high sun protection and feels so lightweight on the skin. It's fairly long-lasting too but I do find that I do need to touch it up throughout the day to keep my oil at bay.

Toners are a product I have been really trying to use more often and the Supple Preparation Facial Toner couldn't have arrived at a better time. This toner is going to help balance the skins natural pH levels and creates the perfect canvas for your skin care products to work their magic! This has definitely helped lock in extra hydration to my skin and with some toners I have tried they can make my skin feel a little uncomfortable but that isn't the case with this one. This has key ingredients like Phyto-Oligo that helps improve the moisture flow evenly throughout the skin to help restore dryness as well as having amino acids that have anti-inflammatory properties to help reduce inflammation in the skin.

I have been obsessed with using vitamin products for my skin and my favourite at the moment is the Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop. This is has been helping a lot of with my dull skin, it now looks so much healthier and my discolouration has improved. This has really helped transform my skin and I really like that it isn't at all irritating once applied. This contains 5% Ascorbic acid that is suitable for all skin types. The final skin care product I have been trying out from Klairs is the Midnight Blue Calming Cream. This is intensely hydrating and soothing on the skin, it had made a huge difference to my skin when I got sun burnt as it was very comforting on the skin.
