A few months ago, I wrote a post about my favourite IT Cosmetics products and ever since I have been able to get them in the UK I have been obsessed. While they have been available in the UK for a while now as they are stocked on QVC and recently Selfridges, I am so happy that they have their own UK website now! I only really shop at QVC for the TSV's and I hate how expensive Selfridges' postage is.
If you have never tried IT Cosmetics before, the first product you have to try is the Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream, I am obsessed with the stuff. This is essentially a high coverage foundation but in skincare form. It has SPF 50+ and so many skin loving ingredients. My skin has quite a bit of discolouration, redness and it's acne prone so I always need something with good coverage and this is it! I prefer to apply it with a brush than a damp sponge as I find the coverage to be much better by applying it this way. This is one of the only base products that I don't need to use concealer with because the coverage is that good! This looks great on the skin and doesn't feel or look heavy in the slightest. I do have slightly oily skin so I have to make sure that it set it with a good powder but if you have dry skin I think you would really like this own its own because it is hydrating.
I always have dark circles no matter how much sleep I get and one of the products that was on the top of my list to try was the Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer. This is one of the best concealers I have ever used, it's up there with Tarte Shape Tape! You only need the tiniest amount, it really goes a long way and it brightens and conceals my under eyes brilliantly. It is on the thicker side so I do like to only use a tiny amount and make sure I set it with loose powder and as long as I do, it will last all day long without creasing! It doesn't feel heavy on the skin and it doesn't look like you have on a tonne of concealer even though it is such high coverage. This is one of the few products that actually makes my under eyes look like I have had an amazing nights sleep!
My final base product favourite from IT Cosmetics is actually one I have finished and need to repurchase which is the Bye Bye Pored Pressed Translucent Powder. I really struggle with my pores and even though I use a lot of pore minimising primers, this powder makes such a big difference! It is so smoothing on the skin and does a great job at setting my foundation and concealer to a natural matte finish. No matter how much I apply, it would never look heavy or powdery on the skin. They also have a loose version of this which I think I am going to try as soon as I finish my RCMA No Color Powder.
The latest IT Cosmetics product I have fallen in love with is the Superhero Mascara which I am going to need a full size of immediately! This is incredibly lengthening on the lashes and it reminds me a lot of the Too Faced Better than Sex Mascara but better! With the Too Faced mascara, I always have to have it opened for a few weeks before it turns into a good mascara but this one from IT Cosmetics is great from the moment you first open it! It doesn't get clumpy like the Too Faced one can do with too many coats and it makes my lashes so long and full of volume! I prefer the brush too as it doesn't get any excess onto the lids and it is really really to coat the lashes with.
