December Beauty Favourites

I am so sad that Christmas is over for another year, I love Christmas so much I always get really sad when it's over. But January does make bit slightly excited this year. It's usually a very boring month but January means it's officially the road to Wrestlemania come the 28th for the Royal Rumble and it just makes me so happy.
December Beauty Favourites
This past month I have been keeping my makeup quite simple, I just haven't had too much time to play around and experiment. The foundation I have been using for the last few weeks and loving is The Ordinary Coverage Foundation - I forgot how good this is! I got this a few months ago and I did like it when I tried it out originally but I have completely fallen in love with it this time around. It has really great coverage without looking or feeling heavy on the skin, it actually looks like skin once applied! My acne had been flaring up again recently and this has been fantastic and covers all my breakouts so easily without needing layers of concealers!  It isn't the most long-lasting foundation but that isn't nothing a good primer and setting spray can't fix!

Another old favourite I have been revisiting this month is theBalm Mary-Lou Manizer. I love highlighters far too much and I own enough for my whole country but I just can't seem to ever have enough. I had been really loving super intense highlighters but I bought back out this one and I have been loving how it looks on the skin. It adds a gorgeous glow and sheen to the cheekbones (or where ever you apply it) without looking powdery on the skin. It doesn't draw attention to my texture issues or pores and if anything it actually has a slight smoothing effect on the skin. It's very long-lasting and I just can't get enough! For Christmas last year I got the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner and I was obsessed with it so I treated to treat myself and pick up another one. This is one of the best liquid liners I have ever used, it makes creating the perfect wing so easy! This has a really flexible tip so you can have full control with this liner.

The final makeup favourite of mine this month has been the Kylie Cosmetics Damn Gina Lip Gloss. This is my perfect everyday shade with a hint of shimmer and it is definitely one of the best formulations of lip glosses I have tried. It's very smooth on the lips and doesn't feel sticky at all, it's also quite long-wearing for a gloss. The only thing I don't like about this is the applicator, I would have much prefered a doefoot rather than the really tiny brush. One beauty product I have been using and wearing almost every single day this month is the Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy Noir Perfume. I have loved the original Viva La Juicy scent ever since it came out but this one is a little stronger and darker than the original. I have had quite a few compliments on this scent which is always nice! It's a very long-lasting fragrance too.

My final favourite this month has been the Flamingo Candles Ice Queen Candle. I was sent this along with some of other amazingly scented candles but I loved it so much that I actually went and bought myself another one and one for my friend for Christmas! This candle smells exactly like Snow Fairy from LUSH and it's like all my prayers were answered as I have been after a Snow Fairy scented candle for years! It's such a delicious and sweet scent, grab it while you can!

What have been your favourites this month?
