My hair is always in need of a treatment as I wash it daily and use heat on it so when I heard about PurePlex I got so excited as it sounded like something my hair was in desperate need of! There are some hair treatments that aim to make the hair stronger and healthier but they are very expensive whereas this system is actually really affordable so I couldn't wait to see if it actually works!
PurePlex is a four-step system that aims to repair damage from over bleaching, colouring, styling, chemicals and heat. If your someone who has used bleached over the years, use heat tools regularly, your hair chemically straightened or relaxed, have naturally curly, coarse or dry hair or just have dry hair in general and are trying to grow it, then PurePlex is for you! I thought it was going to be much more complicated to use but the instructions included made it so easy to do! It doesn't take too long to do the full process honestly, I was expecting it to take over an hour but it takes about half an hour in total.
The first part if to purify the hair by using the clarifying shampoo to gently remove impurities and product build up. Then you prepare the hair by using the bond protecting treatment to create the perfect environment for part three for optimum effect on the hair. You leave this part on the hair for five minutes and do not rinse. Step three is to rebuild by using the bond reconstructing treatment with AMINOFIX to rebuild the hair's natural structure and boost volume, this step is to be left on the hair for 15 minutes and then to be rinsed well and towel dried. Then you finally use the conditioner included to nourish the hair and hydrate to leave it feeling smooth, supple, strengthened with tonnes beautiful shine.
I have been extremely impressed with this I have got to admit! My hair is fairly dry through the mids to ends and this has completely transformed it! My hair has never been so soft and smooth, ever! My hair is super hydrated now and I don't need to put half as much oil in it as I used to. I also noticed that my split ends have been looking much healthier and smoother. I love that you can buy the shampoo and conditioner separately to prolong the amazing results. I do have almost black hair and you can't often see any shine with it (and it's almost always dull) but my hair looked so glossy after I used it! One note, make sure that you rinse it well as I accidentally missed a section and I had to rewash my hair. If you have very dry hair then I would definitely recommend giving this a try.
