I have been really enjoying skincare products recently and I have been loving trying out new things. One of my favourite brands at the moment is Pixi, I love how well the products work for me and the fact that they are cruelty-free so I was excited to try out two newer launches from the brand.
I've been trying out a couple of different cleansers lately but my favourite has been the Rose Cream Cleanser. This is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive as it is a very soothing and gentle cleanser. I have been using this as my second step cleanse in the evenings as it has nourishing benefits and my skin has been a little drier recently and I love it! It has mineral-rich mud to cleanse the skin as it helps strengthen and soften the skin while rose and avocado conditions the skin and chamomile and aloe vera soothes.
It's very comforting on the skin and leaves the skin feeling clean but not stripped of moisture. I'm not a massive fan of rose scents but this doesn't have a super strong scent luckily for me and I do quite like it now I have been using it for a while. I have quite sensitive skin every now and again so I always like to use products formulated for sensitive skin and this has been perfect! If you have dry skin, I think you will really like this as it is nourishing and soothing as described. I like to use about a 10p size and remove with a hand-hot muslin cloth which will help exfoliate the skin too.
As I mentioned, my skin has been dry recently so oils have been my best friend! I am a massive fan of the Rose Oil Blend so I couldn't wait to try out the Jasmine Oil Blend and it hasn't disappointed. This can be used both morning and night but I personally prefer it as part of my evening skincare routine. This has been designed to help the skin recover from loss of moisture and dullness while repairing damage, calming the skin and restores stressed and unbalanced skin. As I have acne prone skin, I always looking for products with repairing properties and this one has been nothing short of fantastic for my skin! It has helped keep my skin incredibly moisturised and my skin has never been in such good condition. My skin looks so much healthier since I started using this a month or so ago and it's really helped with my scarring too.
