Shea Moisture Daily Hydration Shampoo & Conditioner Review

My hair is such a pain so I am always trying out new products to try and get it under control. I do wash it every day and use heat tools but my hair is in pretty good condition considering and it never stops growing. The one issue I have with my hair is that it is quite dry through the mids to ends so I was excited to finally try out Shea Moisture products!
Shea Moisture Daily Hydration Shampoo & Conditioner Review
The Shea Moisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydrations Shampoo & Conditioner retail for £10.99 each at Superdrug and is suitable for all hair types. This duo has been formulated with organic raw shea butter, coconut oil and coconut milk blend as well as acacia senegal to bring lacklustre hair, back to life! One thing that really interested me with this brand is that they are cruelty-free, I have gone cruelty-free with my personal beauty purchases now and finding hair products that don't test on animals is actually quite difficult! These products contain organic ingredients and fair trade ingredients while having no sulphates, parabens, phthalates, paraffin, mineral oil as well as no synthetic colour and petrolatum.

This duo is the perfect shampoo and conditioner if you wash your hair every day and need a little hydrating boost, especially if you have dry or damaged hair. This gives my hair the perfect amount of moisture to make my hair manageable for day to day but I do need to use a nourishing mask once a week to add further hydration. It leaves my hair feeling extremely lightweight and with added shine from root to tip. The shampoo does lather up slightly making it easier to massage into the scalp to leave your hair feeling cleansed and refreshed. The conditioner doesn't weigh down my hair down in the slightest which I love because my hair is already pretty heavy as it is!

The packaging is simple yet effective but I love the fact that they have included a pump with the conditioner. It makes it so much easier and quicker to be able to distribute the product through the hair and it minimises waste too. These products have a lovely light coconut scent that does linger slightly in the hair which is always a bonus. If you are looking for a shampoo and conditioner duo that's cruelty-free and will keep your hair hydrated for day to day, then definitely check out Shea Moisture!
