'No Makeup' Makeup

On the weekends I like to keep my makeup as quick and as natural as possible as I like to get on and be productive. I have never really been a fan of natural makeup, go bold or go home but lately, I have been really liking it. I don't have the best skin so the thought of natural makeup is probably what has put me off all this time but these products have been giving me a confidence boost without having to spend ages doing my makeup.

I didn't realise until I was photographing the products just how many Glossier products I use most days, I truly am a massive fan of the brand. They are one of the best brands for natural makeup and I am forever recommending them. To start off my base, I have been loving the Charlotte Tilbury Unisex Healthy Glow Moisturiser. This is such a gorgeous product on the skin and it adds a healthy summer glow to the face that looks natural. I've found that a little bit of tan really helps hide my acne scarring and discolouration without having to wear foundation.

To conceal under the eyes and any breakouts I have been loving the Glossier Stretch Concealer. I've found that the best way to use this to achieve a good amount of coverage with this is to dip into the product directly with a beautyblender and apply to the skin. This looks very natural on the skin and actually moves with your skin. To set everything into place and make sure my skin stays mattified throughout the day I like to use Glossier's Wowder Powder. This is one of the only powders I have tried that doesn't look at all powdery on the skin. Depending on how much time I have, I might add a little blush to the cheeks too.

I have the worst brows but as I usually use a pomade they can look a little too bold for no makeup days so I like to use a pencil instead. I really like the Eylure x Fleur de Force Brow Definer and as it comes with two different shades in one, I can use the lighter end for the start of the brows and the darker shade to create an arch and extend the brow. To set the brows into place I love Glossier Boy Brow. I'm already onto my second of these and it's my favourite brow gel. While this sets the brows into place all day long, it actually makes the brow hairs stand out which is really important for my brows as it makes them look much more natural.

Mascara is a must for me, I love long lashes and I have been testing out the Glossier Lash Slick this week and so far so good! I'll have a first impressions post up on this product in a few days but I have been really impressed with how well it wears throughout the day and how it enhances the lashes. It adds a great deal of length and no matter how much I apply, it never looks clumpy! To finish off my makeup I add some of the Tarte Quench Lip Rescue to the lips for a sheer pop of colour and some hydration. I have five shades of this product so I'm always switching up which shade I use. Then to set my makeup I spritz the face with Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray and I'm good to go!
