I love bath salts and I couldn't wait to try out these from Absolute Aromas. I have tried a couple of products from the brand before, including some bath salts so I had high hopes for these and they haven't disappointed!
Absolute Aromas has released launched a new range of Epsom Salts which I was so excited to try as I love a good bath while I catch up on some Netflix. Epsom Salts are composed of magnesium sulphate that has been known through time to be beneficial to your health and wellbeing. I have tried quite a few different Epsom salts before and I have always really liked them but I had never tried any with specific benefits. These are definitely some of my favourites that I have tried. Each of the five that I have been testing out is available in different size options (each of mine are the 300g size) and no matter the size, each is under £10. The five varieties are:
- De-Stress: Infused with jasmine and bergamot essential oils to help uplift spirits and boost moods.
- Detox: Formulated with juniperberry, grapefruit, palmarosa essential oils to revive, tone and invigorate.
- Relaxation: Formulated with chamomile, lavender and tangerine essential oils to help relax, unwind and calm the mind.
- Lavender: to soothe the skin and calm the senses.
- Mobility: Infused with peppermint, rosemary and Eucalyptus essential oils to help soothe and relieve aching muscles and joints.
These are so easy to use is all you have to do is pour under warm running water and allow yourself at least 40 minutes to immerse and to achieve full benefits. I do use the whole pot of the salts per bath and I love how quickly they dissolve into the water. The scent each of them releases is incredible and it fills my whole bathroom! Having tried all of them I would have to say that my favourite ones are Mobility, Lavender and Relaxation. I have some issues with my hips from years of doing ballet and I do get some back pain and the Mobility bath salts really did help soothe away aches that I had. I often have trouble falling to sleep and the Lavender Epsom Salts are incredible to help you relax! I found that all of the Epsom Salts were actually very kind on my skin and didn't strip the skin of any moisture.
