As the evenings are getting cooler, I have been having baths more often and Dr Teal's products have been my must-haves. If you love baths and anything lavender scented, you will fall in love with these products. They aren't talked about nearly as much as they should be and I'm so happy that they are easier to get a hold of in the UK now.
There are four different ranges from Dr Teal's and I have been trying out two products from the Soothe & Sleep with Lavender range. This range includes Epsom Salt that is infused with calming and soothing Lavender to help your body and mind destress and unwind naturally which will promote a better night's sleep. I already knew I was a huge fan of the Pure Epsom Salts from this range as I had used them last year so I was excited to try those again and try a new product.
The Pure Epsom Salt Soaking Solution Soothe & Sleep with Lavender are extremely affordable at £7.99 for a huge bag, they are currently on offer for £5.99 on Amazon too! I have tried so many different types of bath salts and I do really rate these. You only need add a cupful or so to running water before they dissolve and get to work. They instantly release the lavender scent into the bathroom which does linger. I love to use these when I need to relax in the evening as they do honestly help you get a better nights sleep. These not only help you relax but they also leave the skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth after use.
The Pure Epsom Salt Foaming Bat to Soothe & Sleep with Lavender is a product that I had never tried before but has actually been at the top of my wishlist. One of my favourite YouTubers would always rave about this and I was so excited to finally try it out and it has definitely lived up to the hype! You get a litre of product for £10.99 and you don't need much to create some of the best bubbles for your bath! It's definitely more of a foam and the bubbles last for the duration of the bath which is incredible as I'm always in there for ages (usually catching up on Netflix!). It has the same great scent as the bath salts but it also contains luxurious essential oils.
The Epsom Salts in both of these products has so many benefits from reducing stress levels, relief for pain and inflammation and will help flush the body of toxins while also relaxing sore, aching muscles. I get pain in my hips every now and again and I always find that this makes a huge difference! I like to use the salts and the bubble bath together and it's like taking a trip to the spa but in your own home. When I use these products in the evening I always get such a better nights sleep too.
