Beauty Haul!

I popped into Superdrug a  few days ago and well the damage was done. They also currently have a 3 for 2 offer on which made me purchase more than i should have! Every time i pop into Superdrug i always end up at the MUA Stand, it is becoming one of my favourite brands. I cannot fault any of their products if im honest!

Real Techniques Powder Brush Review

Real Techniques Powder Brush Review

A few people were asking for my thoughts on this brush when i featured it in my iHerb haul a few days ago so here it is! Real Techniques is a make up brush brand created by Samatha Chapman, one half of the pixiwoo sisters on Youtube. The brand is stock on Amazon and available in Boots and Superdrug in the UK.  Depending on the type of brush or kit you decide you want to purchase they retail under £20. All of the brushes from this brand are 100% synthetic which means they are cruelty free which is a massive plus in my book!

This brush has been on my wishlist for so long its unreal. This brush is my new baby, i am in love with her (yes, shes a her i decided). First thing i like about this brush is its weight, it doesn't feel cheap at all and feel really well made which is great for it being on the cheaper end for make up brushes if you compare the prices to say MAC brushes.

The brush is super soft, i actually look forward to using this brush everyday. All of the real techniques brushes i have tried are so soft, softer than some of my MAC brushes. When applying powder, it does an excellent job, you can do your whole face with under four strokes which is such a bonus for me because the brush i was using before took so many because of it being so small!

iHerb.com Mini Haul, Review + DISCOUNT CODE!

A few weeks back, i made an order with iHerb.com after looking up hundreds of reviews online. iHerb.com sells a large range of items from food to beauty and stocks brands such as Real Techniques.

iHerb.com Mini Haul, Review + DISCOUNT CODE!

I ordered the Real Techniques Powder brush after lusting over it for months! The main reason i wanted to order it from the States is because it was ALOT cheaper!

The brush itself retails for $9.99 £6.59 on iHerb.com and the shipping option i went for was $4. I also got charged a £1 international fee for using my card in a different currently by my bank which i didn't know but even with that fee it was still cheaper than buying the brush here! I also had a discount code which got me $5 off so in total i ended up paying about £6 with shipping which is insane! I actually have a discount code which will get you $5 off under $40 and $10 over $40 which is...

Weekend Bargains!

Weekend Bargains!

Hope you are all having a great Sunday, the weather has been pretty nice today, i had a bbq and its safe to say i am stuffed! This week, i found a few bargains which i thought i would share with you all!

A few weeks back, a Hollister outlet store opened near me and i believe it to be the only one currently in the UK which is pretty exciting! I have been to the store twice now and found a few things for extremely cheap! The store is in Freeport Designer Outlet in Braintree, Essex. With it being some what close to me, means i can pick up Hollister bits without paying alot for them. I find hollister to be expensive depending on the items you buy!

Both items are neon orange, this was my accident and were each purchased on different trips to the shop! First up is a flowy type top which looks like it has been tie-dyed. I actually got my little sister the same one aswell and she loves it! This top was originally £15 and i got it for £6.90 so i saved quite alot! I think when its hot it will look good with high waisted shorts. I have a vision for this top!

My Top 5 MUA Products!

My Top 5 MUA Products!

I think its safe to say, everyone loves MUA. Like everybody else, i love the brand. There isn't a product that i have tried that i have hated. I know from some comments on my posts that some people haven't tried MUA. These are the products that i would be the ones i will repurchase until they aren't made any more, lets hope that never happens!

The favourite products are in no order they are all my top favourite! MUA do ship internationally so thats a bonus!

My Top 5 MUA Products!

Power Pouts. These retail for £3 each. This are just like the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm stains. The two shades i own are Justify and Rendezvous, both colours are beautiful and are great for day time. They do have a slight mint taste and smell but i love mint so this isn't a problem for me. These are great for a wash of colour on the lips to make your lips stand out. The colours are build-able so if you want them more intense you can! I would say for the price you really do get more than expected if im honest these are brilliant.

Summer Wishlist #1 | Clothes

As i have mentioned in a previous post, i said that i am on a diet so extra money is being spent on beauty products as purchasing new clothes at the moment seems quite silly if they are not going to fit me soon! April Favourites!

April Favourites!

Im hoping that the pictures are okay, i am in the middle of redecorating my bedroom and finding it really hard to take photo's! This month i have rediscovered some things and found some new loves.

My first favourite is actually a product i have rediscovered. At the moment i am hating heavy foundations so BB Cream is my new best friend. The Dream Fresh BB in Light by Maybelline is like heaven on my skin. I brought this product last summer and completely hated it i thought it was the worst thing ever but i left it in my make up bag and thought to try it out a few weeks ago and have been using it every day since. Even though i got the lightest shade it does look extremely dark before you apply it to the skin but once its all blended in it looks lovely. It doesn't give alot of coverage but to be honest, my skin has been good (touch wood) so far and it just gives me the right amount of colour and coverage. Im actually almost out of this so if you have any reviews of any BB Creams you have tried please leave them below!

I think my top favourite for this month has been the Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic. I have this in both bottle form and spritzer. This product for a start feels amazing and it makes my skin feel so lovely and is just so refreshing. I use this in the morning after my cleanse and polish and if my skin doesn't feel great during the day i just spray a little on the face and it makes it feel so refreshed. I prefer the spritzer bottle because i find it more convenient to use. Im almost out of this but i think i will purchase the full size spritzer bottle!

My favourite lipstick this month has to be MUA Lipstick in shade 7. Its such a beautiful peachy colour and it like my lips but better, i wear this with Victoria's Secret Minty Shine Lip Gloss and its like the perfect combo  and looks beautiful and i get a few compliments when i wear this!

My EOS Lip Balm in Sweet Mint has been used every day since i purchased it. It lasts for hours and tastes amazing. I do really notice a difference when i use this and my lips do feel super soft and smooth. The packaging is difference which i love and whenever i get this out of my handbag, i always get asked what it is!

In general, Essie nail polishes have been my favourite nail polishes. The one in the picture is Fiji as that it the one i had to hand but my other favourite colours have been Mojito Madness and Fiji. Mojito Madness is such a lovely green colour and i have this on my toes and its lovely!
