Fake Nails Haul

So I have another haul for you today. I may or may not have purchased way to many fake nails to include in yesterdays haul so here we are. I have been loving these nails at the moment because I suck at nail art and whenever I paint my nails they just chip within a couple of hours because I have such horrible nails! All of these were under £2 which is a complete steal! I defiantly have enough nails for the year now! Here is what I picked up...

Boots Haul

So the other day myself and my lovely mum went shopping and Boots was on my shop to browse in. I didn't actually need anything but of course I came out with things! Boots had quite a few offers on so obviously I had to take advantage! There was more things that I wanted to pick up but I decided to be good and wait until another shopping trip to pick those up. Here is what I picked up...

Review: L'oreal Nude Magique BB Powder

Normally, I am not one to try products from L'oreal as it isn't really a high street brand I am drawn too.. until now. When I popped into Superdrug last week and saw that they had a BB line, I thought it was worth giving something a try. I have never tried a BB powder before but I am so impressed with this one which has made me want to try even more products from L'oreal.

Review: Tanya Burr Lip Glosses

I know I am extremely late to the bandwagon on this one but I still wanted to review these! When I was in Superdrug last week, I was finally able to pick some up after months of them being out of stock. Although they didn't have the exact shades I wanted, I was still able to pick up two of them! I picked up the shades First Date and Smile, Dream, Sparkle.

Beauty Wishlist #8

I'm back today with another wishlist. I popped into Superdrug last week and found so many things I wanted to try (for the blog of course) and thought I would share those items with you guys today. If you have any reviews on the items mentioned, please link them below so I can check them out before purchasing. Here is what is currently on my beauty wishlist..

Spring/Summer Foundation Routine

With the weather being slightly warmer in England, my skin is hating having too many products layered on it and as a result my skin had a few break outs and freak outs until now. I have found the perfect combination of products for the Spring/Summer season without having layers of foundation on. I changed up my skin care routine and my skin is almost back to normal with minimal spots (hurray!) so here is what I have been wearing on my face lately...

Beauty & Claire's Haul

Last week I popped into town with my Mum, mainly to pick up a couple of things for when I go to see Katy Perry next week and obviously, I fell into Superdrug. Superdrug had 3 for 2 across all cosmetics so I couldn't leave empty handed and I already know I am going back before the offer ends as there is already things on my wishlist. Here is what I purchased..

Summer Skin Essentials

With the warm weather being here in England, I defiantly need to take better care of my skin. In the warmer months I want to make sure my skin is protected without having to have layers of products on and make sure that it is in the best possible condition. These are the products that I have been using lately to take care of my skin...

Summer Skin Essentials

A Pale Girls Bronzer

Being so pale in the Summer is just generally a nightmare. I basically look like a ghost year round but in the Summer months I look even worse. I have always been pale (an NC15) so when I find a product that helps me look a little more glowly and darker I will use it until the end of time. All you pale girls, this bronzer could be your new best friend..

Beauty Wishlist #7

My love for all things beauty related is in full effect at the moment. All I want to do is buy beauty products, when actually I need summer clothes. There are so many beauty products that I want to get my hands on but I know my bank balance wouldn't be too happy if I went out and purchased everything at once, so slowly I will start knocking things off my wishlist that I want to try! Here is what is currently on my wishlist...

Review: Dr Organic Moroccan Argan Oil Hair Treatment

When I was making my picks for this months YouBeauty Discovery box, this was on the top of my list. I love hair oils because I have such long hair, it tends to get quite dry on the ends so when I saw this I knew I had to give it a try. When this came in the post, I was shocked at how massive it is! It is an 100ml size which is double the size of most of the hair oils that you can find on the high street. As you can tell by the name, this product is organic so it is likely to be better for than your hair than most hair products on the high street.

No Bump Bobble

Fabric hair bands have been my favourite thing for a while now. I have such long hair so in the night time and during hot days I almost always have to have it tied up which can be a pain when you take it out and your left with a massive kink across your hair so there is no way you can wear it down but these hair bands have been my saviour. I have tried so many different high street versions of these, especially H&M and Primark and although they did the job to an average standard they didn't last very long, these ones from No Bump Bobble* are the best ones I have tried.

Review: Mr Nutcase Custom Phone Cases

I love being able to personalise my iPhone with different cases, I must own about 30, so when I heard about these custom phone cases from Mr Nutcase* I got quite excited. I actually won my own iPhone case in a giveaway from Mr Nutcase so when they got in touch and asked if I wanted to review one, I just couldn't say no! Mr Nutcase offers custom phone cases for so many different models including iPhone, iPad, Blackberry, Samsung and HTC to name a few. Cases start at £14.95.

Clothing & Accessories Wishlist

With pay day getting closer and closer, I have begun browsing the web for things, I don't actually need..but I want them! Isn't everybody like that? I'm going to see Katy Perry at the end of the month and need an outfit for that which is what has inspired this wishlist. Whilst looking for clothes, I found some really lovely accessories and jewellery that I have fallen in love with.

Review: Makeup Revolution Velvet Matte Lip Lacquer

Just before I placed my first Makeup Revolution order I watched Katie's haul video and she had this Velvet Matte Lip Lacquer on in What I believe on and it looked amazing on her so I made sure I popped it into my basket and I am so glad I did. What I believe is defiantly a peachy pink, perfect for spring time. These lip lacquers go on like a super pigmented lip gloss and dry to a matte stain finish which is the main reason why I love these.

Review: Makeup Revolution Powder Blushes

Blushes are one of my favourite beauty items, you can really change the way your make up looks depending on what colour blush you choose I think. So when I was browsing the Makeup Revolution website and saw they had powder blushes for £1 each, I knew I had to pick a couple up and see what they are like. I chose the Shades Treat and Wow! and I am really loving them so far and here is why...

Review: Ted Baker Sweet Treat Purse Spray in Polly

Handbag sized fragrances are one of my favourite things. I am one of those people that rarely uses up a full size bottle of perfume as I get bored of scents quite easily so when I heard about the Ted Baker Purse Sprays* I knew I had to try one! This spray is in the scent Polly and it is beyond incredible, I think this has just become one of my new favourite scents.

Review: Makeup Revolution Amazing Lipglosses

When I placed my Makeup Revolution order, I sat for at least an hour looking at all the different lip products and decided I had to try the 'Amazing Lipglosses'. I normally hate lip glosses because I hate the stickyness and the general feel of lip gloss but these are completely different. These were only £1 each so even if I hated them money wouldn't be wasted too much but that is not the case and here is why I love them...

You Beauty Discovery Box May 2014

Every first of the month I get super excited because the You Beauty Discovery short list gets released and I always make sure I get up early so that I can get my picks from the whole of the list before they sell out. Even though I got up early for this months box, some items were already sold out, just shows how amazing this months box is! The theme of this months members box is the CEW (UK) Awards and as with every other month, you get to pick two items from the short list and this month 3 preselected samples, instead of two, are included for £6.95 with P&P included in that price. Here is what I got in this months box...

Beauty Wishlist #6

Lately, I have been lusting over so many beauty products so I thought it was only right to share my wishlist today. I have been browsing so many beauty websites for past couple of weeks and I think it might be time to bite the bullet and maybe make an order! I need to step away from on-line shopping before my bank balance takes a massive hit! Here is what is currently on my beauty wishlist...

Review: Primark Fashion Nails

Having seen these nails appear across a couple of blogs and featured in some YouTube videos, I thought it was finally time to give these Primark Fashion Nails a try. These nails coat £1 a pack and Primark has so many different designs as well as plain colours and French manicures. I went for the white with blue chevrons on as I suck at nail art and have always wanted to do this design. For £1 I didn't really have high expectations of these and thought maybe they would last a day or less but I was wrong...

Primark Fashion Nails

Application was really easy, I would just recommend making sure you really coat each nail with the glue that's included as the first two nails that I put on actually fell off the next morning but that was defiantly my fault as I didn't use enough glue at the beginning. Even though I almost stuck together most of my hand, I got the nails on pretty quickly. Once I applied the glue to the nail I pressed on the nail and held down for a couple of seconds before coming on to the next nail.

Review: Makeup Revolution Lipsticks

When I started browsing the Makeup Revolution website, the lipsticks really got my attention. At £1 each I knew I had to pop a few in my basket but I didn't know what shades, so I got on the blogs and started looking up swatches and reviews and decided on two, Rebel with Cause and Crime. I always head over to Catherine's blog as I know she loves Makeup Revolution and I trust her opinions so I saw she had Rebel with Cause and made sure to pick that one up because it looked great!

Recent Beauty Buys

Since payday, I have picked up a couple of random beauty bits so I thought I would throw them all together in one post even though they are all a bit random. This haul defiantly shows that I am an impulse buyer as all but one thing wasn't actually needed but I just love a bargain! Here's what I have picked up over the past week...

Review: Pulpe De Vie Shake Me Baby

If you have been reading my blog for a while, you know that I love trying micellar waters so when I was contacted and asked if I wanted to try Shake Me Baby* I couldn't say no! This micellar water claims to be a 4-in-1 product, cleanse your skin, remove your make up, tone and moisturise. This miceller water is made up of 99.44% of natural ingredients, 29.88% which are organic and as well as that this product is cruelty free. When this arrived in the post I was actually surprised that it had oil in as all other micellar waters I had tried didn't have any oil and this made me believe that you would defiantly have to rinse after using.

Makeup Revolution Haul

I think every blogger in England has heard of Makeup Revolution and almost everyone has tried it out. I have no idea why it has taken me so long to make an order as I have actually fallen in love with everything so far and am already thinking about making another order (beauty blogger problem). I made my order at about 10pm on Wednesday and it was dispatched at 8pm the next morning and arrived Saturday morning.. You can't beat that! I am starting to feel sorry for my postman with all my make up deliveries I have had lately! I don't think I have been this excited about make up in a long time, here is what I purchased....

Review: Bourjois Blush Exclusif

When I first heard about this, I was quite excited having seen it in a couple of YouTube videos and on a few different blogs but having tried it a couple of times I'm not really impressed with it. When I got it I was surprised at how small it is and I'm not quite sure you would be able to actually get a full size brush into the product so my best bet was to apply it with my fingers. The outside of the packaging is a lovely silver metallic with a pink outlining and there is a magnetic closure to it so it quite easy to open.

My Nars Bargains

Everyone on twitter has been raving about the app called depop, so I thought I would download it and see what all the fuss is about and I fell in love. Depop is an app which is laid out like Instagram but with depop you actually buy and sell items! It is like the Instagram version of eBay. So as soon as I downloaded the app, I started searching for beauty items, mainly Nars as I had been wanting to try the brand for a little over a year now but I can't justify the prices.. until I found these beauties.

Review: La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water

I had been wanting to try this spray for the longest time so when I had the chance to pick a couple of products from their website, I knew exactly what I wanted to pick first. Especially with the warm weather coming up I know I will be needing to purchase a couple more bottles! This is the La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water*, I have been trying this out for a month or so and I am really liking it and here is why..

April 2014 Empties

This past month I made it my mission to use up as many beauty products as possible to justify making a few new purchases and I'm pretty happy with how much I used up. The main products I wanted to use up were body sprays as I knew that I was going to London in April and I just couldn't justify purchasing any more when I still had full bottles. I am pretty purchased with how many skincare products I actually used up this month as well so overall I am pretty pleased! Here is what I used up in the month of April..
