March 2018 Beauty Favourites

I can't lie, I'm very excited March to be ending, mainly for TV reasons. In the next week, I have Jersey Shore back on my screen and it's Wrestlemania weekend so I will be watching all the TV this coming month and I am far too excited about it. I didn't do a favourites post last month as I didn't have that many products to talk about to this is a combination of favourites from February and March.

Emma Hardie Lift & Sculpt Firming Neck Treatment

Emma Hardie is a brand that I have been wanting to try for a while now so this product was a great place to start! As this a firming neck treatment, I wanted both myself and my mum to put it to the test to see how it worked on different ages of skin and spoiler alert, we both love it!

How To: Blog on a Budget

Vegan Beauty Recommendations

Finding beauty products that are vegan can be a little bit of a struggle. Especially, with brands like Garnier claiming that their products are vegan even know they aren't. MAC is also a brand claiming that they don't support animal testing...yet they sell in China where testing on animals is required by law. So, I thought I would share some of my favourite beauty products that are vegan and are cruelty-free.

Five Palettes to Invest In

Palettes are my weakness, I just can't stop buying them or lusting over them. I already have a few on my 'to-buy list' once my spending ban ends but I thought I would share the five that I am absolutely obsessed with at the moment. There are four eyeshadow palettes and one highlighter palette that I just can't get enough of.

Tarte Shape Tape TSV (£44.97 WORTH £123!)

I have been obsessed with Tarte products lately so when I heard about this TSV, I knew I had to get my hands on it! It's officially the 'Today's Special Value' at QVC today but I managed to order mine at the beginning of the week as it went online as a preview. I obviously can't give you a full review of most of the products as I have only tried them once so far but I will have full reviews soon.

Makeup Actually Worth the Hype

I try not to give into the hype around beauty products straight away, I wait for some of my favourite bloggers and YouTubers to do reviews before I buy most things. But sometimes, I find myself giving into the hype and just blindly buying products but luckily I am not often disappointed with my purchases. These are the products that are definitely worth the hype and ones I will definitely be repurchasing when the time comes.

Please Don't Buy a Bunny as an Easter Present

As the proud owner of two gorgeous bunnies, I urge you not to buy a bunny as an Easter present, for a young child, unless you are absolutely sure you want the 10+ commitment. Bunnies aren't 'easy' or 'cheap' pets to have, they are expensive and they need a lot of love and attention.

Glossier Lidstars Reviewed & Swatched

For the last couple of months, I have been really loving cream-based eyeshadows so as soon as these dropped, obviously I had to have them. I've become one of those girls who stalks the Glossier website whenever they launch new products and for the last few launches I've managed to buy them before they even send out the email! I honestly thought I wasn't going to be a fan of these but of course, Glossier has done it again!

Primark Ps... Nudes Eyeshadow Palette Review (£4!)

I've got to admit, I'm a bit of a makeup snob a lot of the time. There are only a few high street brands that I will purchase from (mainly because most aren't cruelty-free) but Primark makeup had never been on my radar. I had heard some good things about Primark's beauty range so I decided to pick up this palette and give it a try...
