Tarte Shape Tape TSV (£44.97 WORTH £123!)

I have been obsessed with Tarte products lately so when I heard about this TSV, I knew I had to get my hands on it! It's officially the 'Today's Special Value' at QVC today but I managed to order mine at the beginning of the week as it went online as a preview. I obviously can't give you a full review of most of the products as I have only tried them once so far but I will have full reviews soon.

This is the Shape Up Your Routine TSV that features the brand new Shape Tape Hydrating Foundation from Tarte. This is actually the launch of the foundation in the UK and while you can order it directly from the Tarte website, I decided to go for the TSV as it is such great value. This set has a value of £123 and is currently on offer for the bargain price of £44.97, you can also buy it on 3 easy pay so you can get it for £14.99 for three months but with the first instalment including the postage price of £4.95, this is how I decided to buy it. Included in the set is:

- Shape Tape Hydrating Foundation
- Lights, Camera, Lashes 4 in 1 Mascara
- Leave Your Mark Palette
- Rainforest of the Sea Colour Splash Lipstick in Escape
- The Shaper Sponge
- Purple Cosmetics Bag

When ordering the TSV, you get the choice of six foundation shades, this is usually the case with the Tarte TSV's on QVC as they select the shades which will be the most popular for their audience. I decided to go with Light Sand after looking at swatches online and it is a great match for me. I'm also this shade in another Tarte foundation so luckily they are both the same, with some brands they tend to be different colours even with the same shade names. All of the products included are full sizes which is fantastic and I like that they include makeup bags in these sets as I always use them. I have been using the one from the Maneater TSV last year until recently!

On first impression, I do really like the foundation. It has great buildable coverage and it doesn't look at all cakey on the skin. I do wish that they had a more inclusive shade range but that is the only downside I have found to this foundation so far. I really like the packaging, it features a massive doe-foot applicator. like the concealer. and it makes it super easy to apply to the skin. I am actually surprised that The Shaper Sponge actually blends products well as I really don't like the one included with the concealer on QVC. It's a really soft, bouncy sponge and I do think I prefer it for blending and applying concealer under the eyes and I can't wait to play around with it a bit more. This sponge was actually designed to be used with the foundation included so I like that they included this rather than a brush.

I have a couple of Tarte eyeshadow palettes so I was excited to get another! The Leave Your Mark Palette is mainly full of shimmer shades and I love the look of them. I have a couple on my eyes today and I love the pigmentation and how they applied. You can see in the swatches just how pigmented they are and they are very creamy to the touch. The mascara included is the only product that I have used before and I know that I love it. I reviewed this back in 2015 so I'm excited to have another tube. The lipstick is a gorgeous rose shade that compliments my skin tone well. It's very comfortable on the lips and feels pretty hydrating on first impressions.

The Shape Up Your Routine TSV is available - HERE. Tarte is a cruelty-free brand and has many vegan products as well, I know that the foundation in this set is actually vegan. You can order this set on 'Auto Delivery' so in 90 days you would receive rather but with a different lipstick shade and eyeshadow palette.
