Product of the Week #3: Soap and Glory Archery Pencil

I have been loving the Archery range from Soap and Glory recently, the Brow Putty is one of my new favourite products! But I had never tried the Pencil & Brush from the Archery line so when I spotted it on offer in the Boots a few weeks ago I knew I had to pick it up and I haven't looked back! Once a month myself and Sarah share our product of the week so make sure you go and read about hers...its one of my all time favourite products too - HERE.

The Soap and Glory Archery 2-in-Filling Pencil and Brush is available in three different shades, I have the shade Hot Chocolate which is the darkest out of the three. Hot Chocolate is almost identical to the shade Dark Chocolate in the Brow Putty from Soap and Glory and they work brilliantly together. The pencil is a ultra skinny and retractable which you can use to fill in the brows and have maximum control over where you want the product to go. It also has a brush on the end of the product so that you can easily comb through your brows and make sure that the product is blended out well.

I have such horrible eye brows, they are so small so they need a lot of work to make them look decent on a daily basis. While I use the Brow Putty to do most of the work, the Filling Pencil has made the most difference! I have been using this to create an arch in my brows and it works brilliantly to do so. I have never actually had a good arch in my brows and they never matched! But because the pencil is so small, I can create one without it looking like I took a sharpie to my brows. I also have used it a couple of times to fill in areas of my brows where there is very little hair. What I really like about this pencil is that as it is so small, you can be precise placing the product and you can actually draw in little hairs to make it look natural. It is also great to extend the tail of my brows as it doesn't transfer or disappear so I won't end up missing half of my brow throughout the day.

I find the pigmentation to be very good, it isn't too intense that if you make a mistake you have ruined your brows but you can build it up if you like a stronger brow. When it comes to removing my makeup at the end of the day, it is effortless to remove it. A small amount of cleansing water and the brows are gone!
