Boots Haul #1

I was planning on doing my boots and sales haul together but im still waiting on some things to arrive so i have decided to split the hauls up because i am too impatient to wait to do both hauls together! For Christmas i got a gift card which could be used in almost all high street shops and i chose to shop in Boots. I hardly ever go in Boots because i normally buy clothes over make up but it has now completely flipped and i cannot stop buying make up, i suppose that is good for you guys! Lots more hauls! I actually needed a few things that i had run out of and then there was some offers on so this happened...

I only went in for a face powder and a new eye liner.. i cannot resist 3 for 2!

First i picked up the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in Transparent, this is my favourite powder to set my foundation, its super cheap and does the job well! This must be the seventh one or something that i have purchased now!

I have never really tried the Revlon brand before, i own a few nail polishes and i love there colorstay foundation but that is all i have tried so when i saw they had a 3 for 2 on the brand and then if you purchased three items you got a free nail polish i couldn't say no!

First i picked up the Black Gel eye liner, the packaging is exactly the same as the Rimmel and MUA versions (not sure which one came out first) but this one has to be my favourite out of the three, i have had some time to try this eye liner out and it is amazing! Stays all day and is really pigmented!

I have always wanted to try the Revlon Lip Butters but when i was in there i had no idea what colour to get, i must have stood there for 20 minutes swatching away on my hand and i still couldn't pick! So i decided to go for the limited edition one (from the winter collection i believe) in the shade Invite Only, although there is no colour pay off, i wanted to see if i liked the product before going out and buying all of the other colours! Another reason i wanted the green one is because i really wanted the YSL Green and Purple lip balm things and they sold out so i thought this was the best next thing! I actually ended up getting this for free because of the deal, woohoo!

I don't know what it is at the moment but i can't stop buying foundations, i am on the hunt to find the perfect one, i blame blogging for this. I had been wanted to try the Nearly Naked for a while so as there was an offer on i had to try it! I got the shade 120 Vanilla because i am a ghost!

Have you tried any of these products before? Let me know your thoughts on them in the comments below!

  7. I adore the Nearly Naked foundation. It is such an amazing drugstore find. In fact Revlon is my favourite drugstore brand in general.

  9. I'm currently searching for an eyeliner that would be good for doing little flicks, that's easy to use, pigmented and stays on all day. The Revlon one sounds really good, I'll certainly have a look at it next time I'm in Boots.
