My skin has been driving me nuts lately so I have been in serious need of some skincare specifically for sensitive skin and that they help prevent dry skin. The Weleda Almond Soothing Cleansing Lotion is the perfect product for my skin at the moment for the evenings, if you have sensitive skin you'll love this.
The Weleda Almond Soothing Cleansing Lotion is specially for sensitive skin, it is also suitable for vegans, as well as unbalanced skin. This cleansing lotion aims to gently remove all impurities and makeup while maintaining the skins natural balance. It also has oils in which will help leave the skin calm and soft. If you do have very sensitive skin it is recommended that you do a patch test before using on your whole face, I do have sensitive skin and I didn't have any issues. I really like that the cleansing lotion comes in a metal squeezy tube, it makes it so easy to get every last drop out and would be perfect for travelling.
I have been using this as part of my evening skincare routine to remove my face makeup, I just pop a little onto a cotton pad and then apply to my face. I wouldn't recommend this for removing eye makeup as it might sting the eyes and isn't recommend for this and I prefer to use a different product to remove my eye makeup because I do wear quite a few layers of mascara! I really love using this for cleansing the skin as well as removing face makeup as it is so gentle on my skin and feels very moisturising. This is going to be perfect throughout the Winter as my skin tends to get even drier and this will help add a little extra hydration into my skin when removing my face makeup.
