I am a lip balm feen, I have one within arms reach at all times because there is nothing more that I hate than dry lips. My lips to tend to be very dry at this time of year so I am always looking for lip balms which provide long-lasting results, not just comfort while on the lips. I hadn't tried anything from Argan 5 before and these were a great introduction!
Argan 5 is available from Waitrose so you can pick up some beauty while doing your food shop! These are the Argan+ Lip Balms to get your lips super smooth in no time. There are two available, both are 15ml in size and come in a squeezable tube which I like as it makes it much easier to all of the product out once you come to the end. These retail for £3.95 each and these are the Argan Oil Nourishing Lip Balm and the Moroccan Rose Soothing Lip Balm, if you are a big fan of rose scents you will really like this one!
Once applied to the lips, they get to work at making the lips feel comfortable and nourished once again. I have been really liking the Argan Oil Nourishing Lip Balm, it has become a handbag essential, as it lasts well on the lips and even has a blend of coconut oil for an extra hit of hydration. If you really like rose scents, you will fall in love with the Moroccan Rose Soothing Lip Balm which as a lovely rose scent which you can really smell as you apply. This has been enriched with decadent Rose Otto to help soften, repair and condition the lips. Either of these lip balms could be used on their own for instant comfort and this add a hint of gloss to the lips but they can also be worn under lipsticks as a hydrating base.
Out of the two, I would have to say that my favourite is the Argan Oil version as I find it does a slightly better job at keeping my lips hydrated and I do really like the soft sheen that these give the lips. These are very affordable options if you are on the look-out for a new lip balm, definitely keep an eye out for these while you are in Waitrose!
