Soap and Glory The Rushower Dry Shampoo

I have never been really been a fan of dry shampoo until recently, I talked about three I liked in a post recently but this one just knocked them all out of the park! Soap and Glory haven't created a product I don't like so far and this is no different. If you are looking for a new and affordable dry shampoo to try, you definitely need to check this one out!

The Rushower Dry Shampoo is a brand new product from Soap and Glory and hit Boots online and stores just a few weeks ago. One of the main reasons why I don't use dry shampoo is because they give me too much volume that I would like and as I have almost black hair, they often leave a huge white cast. But this is actually everything I had been looking for in a dry shampoo and I love that it is affordable, a 200ml bottle retails for £4 but they also have a 50ml size (perfect for your gym bag) for just £2.50.

This is one of the best smelling dry shampoos I have ever owned! It has the much-loved Signature Pink scent of rose and bergamot, it is strongly scented which I like as the scent actually lingers all day in your hair, they claim it will last for up to 12 hours! And whenever I would run my fingers through my hair when I have used this in the morning, it almost reactivates the scent and you get a burst of fragrance! The packaging is lovely too, the bottle itself is on the sleeker and taller side and has a pretty pink theme to match many of the products from the brand!

This dry shampoo is going to give your hair the appearance and feel of just washed hair without having to take all morning washing and blow drying it, perfect for those rushed mornings! This works brilliantly to absorb excess oil and make my hair look so much less greasy. What I love about this product is that it doesn't leave any residue in my hair and leaves it feeling super soft, some dry shampoos would leave my hair feeling sticky or powdery but with this, that isn't a worry. While it does add some volume to my hair, it doesn't add so much volume that I would look insane heading out to work at 7 am! But the main thing I love about this product is that it is clear as you apply it and stays colourless all day long, if you have dark hair like me to you need this dry shampoo!

The Soap and Glory Rushower Dry Shampoo retails for £2.50/£4 at Boots - HERE.

  2. I need to try this. I have been on the hunt for a new dry shampoo as I always go back to Batiste however the white cast is something I hate. This sounds wonderful and I'm intrigued to give it a go!
